Well, I've been asked this before and I would like to make it clear I guess. So, some of you have asked me and might still be wondering on who is playing Adrian. In all honesty, I absolutely cannot find anyone who looks like how I imagine him. I have this detailed and very specific idea on how Adrian looks like and no matter how much I try, I can't find anyone to play him. So, I decided that all of you people can just picture him as whoever you want him to be,may it be some actor or model you know or just someone purely created from your imagination. So yeah, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter!

Picking up my brush, I slowly started to tame my wild, frizzy hair, keeping my eyes trained on my reflection in the mirror in front of me.
I furrowed my brows, feeling that something was different with how I looked. My hair was the same as always, my skin was as pale as ever, but my eyes...
I blinked then rubbed my eyes with my fist, dropping the brush onto the dresser top. Opening my eyes again, I peered back into the mirror.
Something was different...
They were...
Jumping out of my skin at the sound of something crashing to the floor, I spun around to look at the back of my bathroom to see an innocent-looking Gwen beside some shattered glass that used to be some small empty flower vase.
Sighing softly to myself, I gave my reflection one last glance before rushing to the mess.
"Gwen, are you alright?" I asked softly, picking her up into my arms and checking for any injuries. She seemed fine, nothing seemed to be wrong. She just let out a meow which had me giggling, shaking my head at her.
"Now I can't be mad at you... Just promise me you won't try anything like that again, ok?" She licked my cheek in response, purring.
I smiled, taking that as a yes and walked out of my bathroom, setting her down on my bed and she instantly started rolling around, rubbing her little face with her paws. She looked adorable...
I shuffled back into my bathroom to clean up the mess as much as I could, taking a broom and a dustpan. I gently sweeped the shards of broken glass into the dustpan and deposited them in the bin, checking the floor for any pieces that I might have missed one last time.
I went out the bathroom, finding that Gwen had already fallen asleep, surrounded by my pillows, her nose twitching.
Knowing that Gwen needed some time to sleep, I went out the room and down the stairs, stumbling on the last few steps but saving myself at the last moment.
Hearing the phone ringing from somewhere in the living room, I immediately hurried to answer it.
"Hello?"
"Oh honey, it's me." Aunt Lucy breathed out from the other end of the line and my grip on the phone tightened at the sound of her voice.
"Hi..."
"Hi Raine. I am so sorry I haven't called, I've been really busy lately."
"It's alright..." I answered, playing with the hem of my light green sweater.
