Bucky and I stayed there for several minutes. I rest my head on his chest listening to his heart beat. Bucky starts to rub circles on my back. For some reason I found it really conforting. I raise my head and look at Bucky. He was already looking at me. I stare into his soft blue eyes. He looks into my eye and quickly looks at my lips and back at my eyes. I dont know what made me do it but I crashed my lips to his. The sensation of his lips against mine sent shivers up my spine and I ended up kissing him harder. He carressed my hair as we shared this beautiful moment together.
Then, suddenly, his grip tightened. "What's wrong?" I peered deeply into his eyes.
"This is dangerous. If Hyrda finds out about us, they can use you against me."
"What are you saying?"
He hesitated for a brief moment, and I knew exactly what he was about to say. "We can't be together."
"Yes we can!" I argued, but his eyes told me my words wouldn't persuade him otherwise. As much as I wanted to admit we could be together, deep inside, I knew it wouldn't be possible with Hydra hunting us. "When will it end?" I mumbled, burying my face in his chest.
"I don't know."
"If it ever ends could we ever be together?"
"Don't know. Shel I am too dangerous. You can't fall for me." He said looking away.
"Its too late for that, James." I wispered "I fell for you back in Germany."
I put my hand on his cheek and turn his head to face me. I looked him staight in the eyes. His Shattered eyes still pain my heart like the fist day I saw them back at my house.
"I am dangerous too. I probley am even more so then you due to my powers, but James... Bucky I already fell and I am scared to Hydra will take me again and kill me or worse make me one of their soilders again. I was alone after you died. I never moved on. I... I was... I am in love with you James and that will never change. Not then, not now, not ever. Yes it is dangerous ut I live for the thrill."
There was something hidden behind his broken eyes. Something he wanted to say. I just didn't know what. "Bucky ..."
Before I could say another word, he got up and left.
