Part 13 - Funeral

Nobody P.o.V.

All Avengers dressed in black gathered on a graveyard. It was a cold, cloudy day. Dark clouds with a rain were making evertihing around dark and depressing. It looked like the world wanted to cry along with Avengers during the funeral of their best friend and a member of a team. 

Coffin was closed. Stark put it on a special stand which allowed them to held it up until all prayers are said and they can put it down into the digged hole. Coffin was covered by American flag. It was because American President made them to cover it with the flag as well as do all honors just like for a soldier. She was one of the bravest soldiers that the country ever had. 

Stark wasn't saying much that day. All of them were sad. Everyone was watching at priest who was getting ready to start the funeral ceremony after all honors have been made. She was meant to be buried with a flag. Stark and Crystal seemed to be proud of the way everything was prepared. Nobody wanted to make jokes. Even Pietro was quiet that day. He seemed to be thinking about everything he went through and comparing it with what Amelie already has felt and did during her life in Hydra. He was proud to get off the hands of this organisation that quick comparing to others.

When the priest finally coughed to make  his monotonous voice could be heard clearly by all attendees of the funeral. Crystal was keep stressing with every minute she spent there. As a werewolf was more sensitive to paranormal activities. She could sense lot of souls around which made unpleasant feeling go through her spine. She kept shaking. She could not stand all of the souls gathering all around her. 

- We gather here today to celebrate the life of Amelie Harvey, who has now returned to her home with Our God, The Father. She was really good person. She always cared more about her family and friends than about herself. In her last act of kindness she picked to save someone elses life while giving away her own. She will never be forgotten by the loved onces, living in their heart, souls and memories. Being always a part of their lives in any way.  

When they were close to the end Tony started to cry his eyes out. He loved her so much. He never wanted her life to end up like this. He wanted to end up their lives in their arms, hearts full of love and joy. He wanted to be loved by her as his wife. He wanted to give her whole world just if she tells him that she wants to. He was and still is able to kill her every enemy that is alive. But he never has to a chance to show him how madly and truly he loved her. He never had a chance to prove his feelings. He never had a chance to tell her that he belongs to her as long as she belongs to him. 

Crystal heart broke into half. One of the half died in second when Amelie heart stopped beating. They were like sisters. Crystal knew everything about Amelie just like Amelie knew everything about her. She wanted her back. She will never run beside Amelie. Hunt. Share memories and new experiences. They will never sit on the terrace watching their children play and drink frost tea or lemonade. Every full moon when she can't change back to her human shape will be lonely without her.

Natasha will miss all of these days when they trained together. When they were going out shopping. When they sat at the roof of the building and talk while drinking a red wine. She will miss playing jokes and pranks on all Avengers just like kids. She will miss being treated like a younger sister with care and love she always wanted to be treated with but she would never say it loud. Only Amelie knew what she through and felt. 

All Avengers was making lists of what they will miss without having Amelie with them and they came with a conclusion that they had a lot of common things. Even Banner was in tears because Amelie was one of not so many people who understood his passion to science and Natasha. She helped him to get closer with Nash. Amelie was the person who always found common solution to his uncommon problems. She treated him with a brother love and care he always needed. He felt here like he was home. Truly home. He loved that feeling. And now it will be gone again. He will again feel like kind of stranger. She will not come back. He lost her. Lost his sister. 

Steve and Buck throught about their morning jogging and times when they stepped in for a coffee. They loved when Amelie shared jokes they never knew about with them. Making them cry from laugh. They loved the mother love she was giving to them. Making them feel like they were a childen. Making them feel like they found home. And now because of someone command they've lost their comfort and everything they loved again. After getting this back after nealy 100 years. 

Wanda was the only person from Avengers who was pushed by Amelie to the end of her abilities. Thanks to rough training she made a lot of progress with her ability making it more safe for any other person around. Amelie was a tough person to be training with. It was because she knew where to push to allow her to make a progress and now she is again all alone with her abilities.
