Part 8 - Love is in the air.

Bucky P.o.V.

Girls were right running ahead of us. They clearly could not hear us from this distance. Even with ising their abilities. They seemed to be so happy that we let them run as they wanted. I knew how they feel. I felt the same. I poked Steve in the arm. He turned his head my way and smiled. He always was smiling when I wanted to speak with him. With him I feel like the war and Hydra stuff never happen.

- I have a weird feeling deep inside of me. - I said quietly but on the other hand loud enough so he could hear me. I was still little bit afraid to speak up.

- Describe it Bucky. Maybe I could help you find out what this feeling is. - said Steve politely.

- I... I feel warmth every time when I hear her voice. When she is near I feel lot of butterflies in my stomach. When she laughs I feel like the happiest person in the world. When I see her suffer from her memories or physical pain I can nearly feel it myself. When she laughs it seems to be the best music that I ever had a pleasure to hear.

- Bucky you're in love. - Steve smiled. - Who is she? - he seemed to be so excited about it.

- It's Crystal. - I said quietly.

Steve nearly fall down on the ground. I gave him a hand to help him catch a balance and rhythm again. I also smiled and kept running. I noticed Amelie and Crystal by the lake. They lay on the ground and watched calm water.

We sat by their side. Amelie smiled and pushed Crystal into the lake. She laughed so much. I also laughed a bit. They both behaved like a children. It was funny. Crystal looked at me surprised and happy. She got near us.

- Do it again. - she said softly.

- Do what? - I asked happily.

- Laugh. - she smiled at me.

- I can't. - I said it little bit sadly.

- You can, everybody can. I heard it a minute ago it was such a beautiful sound. - she seemed to be the happiest person in the world.

I laughed again. She smiled at me wider smile on her pretty face and pulled Amelie into the lake. We looked at whole surface of the lake to search for Amelie. When she did not came back to surface we started to get little bit worried.

When she came back to surface she was holding something in her hands. She came back to us. When we came back to tower girls went to their rooms to get shower and changed. I wonder what she held. I wonder what she found and why is it so important to her.

Tony P.o.V.

I was in my lab, working on another project for my company. For couple of days now I didn't see Pepper. Honestly I didn't miss her for all this time. I wanted to spend more time with Amelie she seemed to understand me and my needs more than Pepper did.

Pepper always kept moaning about me working too much or too hard, never understood my love to technology and creativity. She never wanted to understand whole me. Amelie is a lot different. She loves sitting beside me and ask me tones of questions about how everything works, how and sometimes she even want to try her knowledge. It's so sweet of her.

I had many comprarisons of Pepper and Amelie. As well as how they are the same and different. Amelie was winning most of them. When I did it I would Pepper of not being so perfect as I used to think about her.

Bruce entered my lab. He was a bit annoyed. I wondered what happen to make him like that. I looked at him. He stopped by my desk and looked at me. His look gave me shivers going over my spine. But I bravely hold his look on my face and smiled at him with my best smile.

- What is going on Tony? - he asked nicely.

- What do you mean? - I asked politely. Honestly? I didn't know what is he talking about this time. I think I didn't do anything lately do put him off and get his anger on my person.

- What is going on with you and Pepper? - he asked little bit annoyed.

- Nothing. Due to her responsibilities and because she has so much on her head lately she has no time to date me.

- And?

- I don't feel we are the right people for each other.

- Why do you think that?

- We don't spend as much time together anymore. She doesn't want to speak with me about her and mine problems. She just blab about company problems and new possible innovations our company could make to earn more and dominate market further. She comes to visit me only when she find a problem or when she want to tell me off that I work too much, too hard or as a Avenger I risk too much.

When I am coming up with proposition about having dinner somewhere or just simply eat it at home she is excusing herself with tones of work, sickness or she is just too tired to be able to date me. Besides since Amelie is here I want to protect her more than anything. I feel different when I am with her. I feel wanted, valued, important. With Pepper it's different. I feel ignored, unwanted. Amelie understands me more, than Pepper ever did.

- You stopped loving Pepper and started love Amelie. My advice is to simply end your relationship with Pepper. Speak with Amelie and tell her your feelings. I'm sure she likes you as well.

- How could you know that?

- I have eyes Tony.

- Excuse me?

- Amelie is keep controlling how are you and she is carrying you away to your room when you fall asleep here. She cares about you more than about anyone else around here excluding Crystal.

- Do you think me and her could work out?

- I'm more than sure that it could but you have to speak about it first with her.

- How? I never was good in revealing feelings.

- Just tell her what you think about her and what you feel when she's near. Simply tell her what you just told me.

- Yeah. Sounds easy to say, harder to do.

- Love is in the air. - started to sing Banner.

I started to laugh. It was so funny. I knew that I can always count on Banner. He is always by my side just like Jarvis. He is my real best friend. With Avengers I feel like I again have a family. Someone to care about me even if I do something wrong sometimes. I love this feeling.
