Captured

It started off as a normal day. I woke up in my apartment, ready for my second week of SHEILD training. I had a missed call from my sister, she left me a message telling me she had a SHELD meeting today... Again. She's always invited to the top secret meetings. People say she's a big deal, known as The Black Widow to some and Natasha Romanoff to others. Of corse, she's a super famous super hero and I'm... Well I'm a nobody. If you ever tried to ask someone who Jade Romanoff is they would simply respond "who?". There was one day that all changed. After that, I knew my life would never be the same.

"This doesn't concern you, sister" Natasha huffed as I trailed behind her, trying to follow her into the meeting.

"Trust me, I can help!" I pleaded.

"No, you've only just Your not qualified enough yet" she insisted as she walked quickly through the busy building.

I gave her a long, saddened look "please?"

She gave an annoyed groan,
"Fine, but Jade, don't cause us any trouble, understand?"

I smiled approvingly and nodded, "uh huh"

As we hurried into the meeting, Nick Fury was already talking.

"Who is this?" He asked gesturing to me.

"This is Jade, my sister. She's currently a shield trainee" Natasha introduced.

I smiled and waved shyly as the rest of the Avengers gave their warm welcome.

"Now back to the problem at hand, we've got to stop Loki!" Nick boomed.

"Wait, Loki? Again?" I gasped with concern

"Yes, and if you two hadn't of been late you would have known that!" Nick fury barked.

"Loki's been caught terrorizing the streets of Orlando Florida. This time he's trying a new Steve explained.

"These aren't normal robots, their killers. We should know, sheild designed them." Nick said, a look of embarrassment flashed across his face.

"Ah great, robots, right up my alley" Tony put in.

"This is not like him. He usually does not seek help from mortal technologies" Thor puzzled.

"How many do you think he has?" clint asked.

"Well, as you can see, he has quite a few." Bruce said pulling up the video footage.

"Why do you think he's doing this?" I asked.

"Maybe reindeer games just wanted to have a little fun" tony said using his loki teasing name.

"Or maybe Loki is going loco" I teased.
No one laughed at my joke. Maybe they just don't know Spanish.

"Whatever the reason is we have too stop him" nick ordered.

"Find Loki. Stop him. Piece a' cake. What, you said this guy was in Florida?" Tony stark asked.

"Yes, first you must search there. We can send you over in our private jet." Nick offered.

As the jet descended I watched the city slowly disappear. I was actually going to help the avengers. I smiled over at my sister. She sensed my excitement and smiled back warmly.
"Welcome to the club"

Orlando was worse than I imagined. The robots still rampaged the city. Buildings were falling apart, there was not one clear space to drive on the streets that was not blocked by ruble, cars lay smashed.
As soon as we landed an official looking shield agent handed me a gun.
"You might need to use this" he warned.

When we stepped out of the jet Nick started giving out orders.
"Jade and Natasha, try to find the source of these robots, it might be a hideout type place. Thor, try to find Loki. Bruce, I think you should stay with me. We wouldn't want the hulk to be unleashed too early. Captain America, hawkeye, and ironman try to save the people and bring them to the jet. We need this place evacuated."

"Come on, Jade" my sister motioned me to follow her.
"Ok so we should split up. We can cover more ground that way. Call me if you find anything or if you get into trouble." She explained.

I nodded.

As we went our separate ways I looked back one more time.
This place would never be the same again.

I started by searching some of the downtown areas.
I had to dodge burning trees, falling cars and building rubble, and of corse, the robots.
There was a certain ally that looked suspicious, like it was drawn to it.
With every step it seemed to get quieter and darker. It felt like the shadows watched me as I found my way through the darkness. In the distance I spotted a dim blue glow.

As I staked closer I realized it was a hole with metal ladders leading down. I was about to climb down to investigate when I heard a familiar voice.
"I wouldn't go there if I were you" The voice echoed.

I froze. "Loki" I whispered under my breath.

I clutched my gun tightly, Worried I might have to use it.

When I didn't move Loki stepped closer. "Your Jade, that black widow girl's sister, right?"

I didn't answer. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Loki, circling me.
I held up my gun, pointed straight at him.

"Drop the gun" Loki murmured sternly.

I froze. Loki multiplied himself in five and continued to circle me.
Aiming my gun at a random Loki, I shut my eyes and pulled the trigger.
An explosion of bullets rang around me.

"Foolish mortal" Loki muttered returning back to one Loki being me. I felt his warm breath on my neck which sent a shiver up my spine. I must have shot at the wrong one. "Oh well, I needed a prisoner anyway. Your coming with me" a smirk lit his face as he wrapped his arms around me from behind. Then I felt a sharp pain and my eyes met darkness.
