C : Can anyone hear their cries for help

A : Alone and suffering in silence

R : Really needs help but doesn't want to burden anyone with their problems

I : Insecure and scared of failure

N : No one sees the mask on their face

G : Going down alone because every one was too blind to see the facade that they put on

A/N :everyone has secrets, but some have more than others. Even the happiest people that you know could be hiding behind that mask of kindness and caring.

Don't ever forget that the people who care for you also need to be cared for and know that their not alone.
