"What's his name, again?" Tony asked.
"Peter!" Drew laughed.
"Right, right. I mean, you've been talking about him for years." Tony laughed, ruffling up her hair. "So what is he? Your boyfriend? Your-"
"He's not my boyfriend. Definitely not." She shook her head. She rubbed the back of her neck, which Tony picked up on. He knew that Peter did that as well, and he smiled softly.
"You know, for someone who's not your boyfriend, you talk about him a lot," Tony smirked.
"He's my best friend," Drew shrugged. "And so what if I like him a little bit. It's not like it's a big deal or anything."
"Aha! The candle has feelings." Tony exclaimed, pointing at her.
"Oh shut up," She pushed him gently.
"Hey, hey, hey. Respect your elders!" Tony exclaimed.
"Oh my god, you sound like Steve when you say that." Drew laughed, remembering all of the times Steve had said that to her.
"Well, now I'm hurt." Tony put a hand over his arc reactor. "I can't believe you've compared me to Capsicle." Drew laughed, which lit up her face. Tony loved seeing her happy, which was rare. He remembered when Drew had first come to him when she was only eleven. She was shy and scared, and even she was aware of how powerful she was. Little did they know how powerful she would become in only a few years.
"Are we going to train or what? Is Nat coming in?" Drew asked.
"Jesus, kid, can you be any more eager?"

"Mr. Stark?"
"Yeah, Pete?" Tony turned around to look at him.
"Can I ask you for advice?" The boy asked, flipping a web shooter prototype around in his hand.
"You can try." Tony smiled and nodded, sitting on his desk.
"You remember Drew, right?"
"The girl you've been talking about since Germany?" Tony smirked, crossing his arms.
