Part 1: Shelter overrun!

Winters P.O.V.

I looked down from disappointment " No! I know our father!" Therese pulled out something from her pocket, a photo, she got up and limped to the man. " You are Bigby. Bigby Wolf right?" Therese asked giving the photo to the man called Bigby or so Therese thinks? "...Well this is awfully disturbing..." The man said " Yes...I am Bigby Wolf, but I've never had children..." He admitted. " But....?" Therese said in confusion " Hey! you..... come here" Bigby said to me, I also limped to him with my heavy shoulder I couldn't feel anymore. " The Doctor is over there... he will attend you" he firmly said to me, I grabbed Therese's hand and limped to the Doctor. The Doctor pointed us to the bed, me and Therese sat on the bed. After a while the doctor took out the bullet out of my shoulder, after that he gave me a glass of water and pain killers. He attended Therese next, she just needed to rest her ass off. " Who are you?" Bigby walked over to me " I'm Winter...." I replied " What's your last name?" he asked I shrugged my shoulders " I don't really know..." I said looking down. "Do you have parents? You are awfully young " he asked " Well Therese thought it was you but... no I don't have parents" I said looking up at him. He had a sorrowful face " AAARRGGH!!" I quickly got up " What was that!?" Bigby said walking up to one of the guards " Don't worry about it... we're taking care of it" the guard said " No! I need to know!" I said. The guard raised his gun aiming to us " I said " Don't worry about it"! Now just go and rest we will deal with it! Or do you want this the hard way?" he sternly said. Bigby quickly grabbed the gun then shot the man in the shoulder with it " Argh! stop, stop!" he said " Show us what the fuck happened!" Bigby sternly said " Ok, ok, just take it easy man!" the guard said. There was a crowd of guards around the window shooting " What's going on?!" I said " RUN! THEY'RE TOO MANY!!!" The Captain said. All of the guards ran out of the shelter warning others " Luke!" The guard that Bigby shot in the shoulder ran up to the crowd "wait!" he said but he couldn't catch up. I looked at the window those things were coming in " Bigby! help the guard I'll go get my sister!" I said "But that fucke--" I interrupted him " Please!" I said running to the Nurses room " Therese! It's time to go!" I found her sleeping in a bed. I pulled her hand and made her sit up " W-what's wrong!!!" Therese nervously said " Those "things" come on hurry get your bag and weapons." We left the Nurse's room " Where's that " Bigby" guy?!" She asked " uh... he was getting an injured guard! We should go get him!" I said. I gripped Therese's hand thinking about the rest of our siblings, we started to search for him through the crowd of people running. " Hey!" I turned around and saw Bigby with the guard, the guard's shoulder was a little patched up. " I--I need to go with Luke and Uncle Pete and--" I interrupted him " We'll go look for them but not now you are in no condition and also because of those "things"!" I said " You mean walkers" he said " Yea..?" I said " C'mon we don't have all day!" Bigby complained "So he's a mundie..." I thought. We began to run out of the shelter that was overrun by " Walkers" we ran, we ran, and we ran. Eventually, we found a cabin. Bigby went in first since he was the one with the shotgun. "Clear!" he said after searching every room. Therese collapsed on the green couch " C'mon Therese, leave me a spot" I complained, Therese lifted her legs. I sat down then she laid her legs on my lap. The guard or now stranger sat down on the other couch and removed his gear and helmet off. He had flowingly black hair ( a/n or raven idk) and he had a stubble beard and blue soft eyes " So... what's your name?" he asked, I don't know who he was asking so I looked at Therese but she was asleep " I'm Winter..." I nervously said " Winter? that's an odd name" he smirked I shot him a glare. But I couldn't fight the urge to smile " Yea... Yea it is..." I said rubbing my arm " What's... your... name?" I asked " I'm Nick, sorry for being such an ass to you back there..." he apologized " No problem.... water under the bridge" I gave him a sweet smile. " Hey, guys! I found 5 bedrooms you guys can rest up for tomorrow we're going to go hunt down for food!" Bigby shouted from one of the bedrooms " Thank goodness" I heard Therese whisper to herself. I grabbed my bag and Therese's and went upstairs. After we got changed, Me and Therese collapsed on the bed, I couldn't believe what happened to the world a few hours ago. " What a day..." I mumbled to myself.
