"So, I want to refresh myself a bit and maybe.. Get a way from my parents for like a while. Like, I need a break from them." He said as we're on our way to my apartment.
After the beach, he offered to walk home with me since he said he had nothing better to do. And he started telling me that he wanted to get away from home and take a break which.. He's still talking till now.
"So, what are you gonna do for your fresh start?"
"Well, there is this 101 college I'm trying to enter. I heard that if I go there, I might have a chance to be a star. Like be in a Kpop group." He said excitingly
I widened my eyes and a smile grew on my face.
"What, really?"
"Yeah, I'm planning to move there... If I get accepted. By the way, it's not just me but it's Daniel and I!" He said
"Woah, Daebak!" I said excitingly too
But then, I had a thought of something.
"But wait. If you get accepted, that means... You'll not be in our college anymore. And what about Daniel's girlfriend?"
"That's a side problem. Don't worry, we'll still keep in touch." He made sure
"Well, I hope you get accepted. Wish you the best. By the way, when's the announcement?" I asked
We finally reached the front door of my apartment.
"Tonight! And I'm really nervous just thinking about a peaceful time with out the disturbance of my parents... And make my sister proud."
"That's really great!" I exclaimed
"I know right!... But I'll miss everybody there though... I'll miss you too." He said and I smiled as a response
"Well, you know what they say. That moment was ours but the memory is mine." I said
"That's nice. Well, I'll be going now. I had a good time today, thanks!" He said and waved his hands.
I did the same thing and entered my apartment. I huffed a breath and put my keys on the table. I sat down in front of my laptop once again and just looked at the screen.
No.
Nothing was changed.
It's so stressful.
I groaned loudly and closed my laptop. I can't do this. I feel so sleepy. Might as well send it tonight. I don't care anymore.
I went to my bed, charged my phone and laid down on my bed. Slowly, I fell asleep.
