I decided today I wanted to see how the other half lived. My family has always beem really well off, and im used to the finer things in life, living my life down Kings Road. I decided I would get the bus down to the east side of town. My family has always been very snobby, so im not going to tell them.

As I got off the bus, the smog from the air hit me like a dagger in my heart. The smell, well, its just indescribable. Then, I saw a girl. She had blonde hair, and was wearing a short dress (clearly not designer) and she looked good.

I ran over to her in my navy blue Gucci suit, and grabbed her by the hand, which made her jump. "What are you doing!" She shouted, but when she turned her head and looked me in the eye, she could no longer speak any words from the beautiful little mouth.

We spent the whole day together, and she showed me the ways of the East side. This is the first time in my life ive ever felt free, nobody judging me for not having perfectly tossled hair.

I wanted to take her home to meet my mother, so we hailed a cab and went back to the West side of town.

As we got out of the cab, we walked up the steps to my 10 floor statley Home, and she smiled. I opened the door to see my mother and Father sitting in the living room awaiting my arrival. "Dear god Edward! Where on earth have you been? and who is this poorly dressed girl slouching on my doorstep?" My mother shouted.

"Mother, farther, this is Charlie, the love of my life, my one and only, my other half." As I said this my mothers face crumpled in disbeleif.

"Oh dear Henry" She said turning to my father. "My edward is going to marry a cheap smelling girl from the hoods, who had a boisterous name. Hold me darling I may faint."

I grabbed Charlies hand and walked oit of the door, as she had big tears in her eyes, which I couldn't handle.

"You'll never see this face again!" I shouted to my mother. With that I left, spamming the gold faced door behind me.
