I couldn't believe what i had just done. I ratted out my friend Megan. She probably must be so angry. Who wouldn't? But it had to be done. She needed to tell the police and she wouldn't. Well I guess its time to tell everyone what I had done.
*School* Lunch
Vanessa: Hey guys...
All: Hey!
Vanessa: There's... there's something I need to tell you.
Mateo: What is it?
Vanessa: Megan's in Jail..
All: WHAT?!!?
Alyssa: HOW?! What did she do?!
Vanessa: Well, the police came to my house to talk about Taylor. I told him how I was the last person to see her alive. Then he gave me his number. I told Megan first and she told me that SHE was the last person to go see ber. So I ratted her out and told the officer. She got arrested for harassment.
Jason: DAMN!
Josh: It's about time! I mean why just get time for harassment, I mean she probably killed her too.
Mateo: Let's not jump to conclusions Josh.
Josh: Why not?! She's the one who came up with the prank!
Mateo: And YOU'RE the one who helped her. Wanna keep talking Joshie?
Josh was silent
Vanessa: Mateo's right, we don't know who killed Taylor. It could've been anyone. Maybe one of us...
Kayla: Oh please, like anyone of us would kill Taylor, or ANYONE for that matter.
Vanessa: Well I'm going to investigate
Jason: Is that really a good idea?
Alyssa: Listen to your brother V, let the police handle this.
Stephen: Alyssa's right, this isn't a game. Let the police do it's job
Vanessa: THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING! CAN'T YOU SEE THAT? I'M THE ONLY WHO CAN FIGURE OUT WHO KILLED TAYLOR!
Alyssa: ALRIGHT! FINE GO AHEAD, DO WHAT YOU WANT!
Vanessa: I will!
I walk away from the group when I realize Josh's light blue sports jacket. There's a patch missing on the bottom half
Vanessa: Hey, um Josh. Why is there a patch missing from your jacket?
Josh: Huh? Oh! This um, it must've gotten stuck on something.
Vanessa: Oh, ok...
I walk away and leave the school to go to the investigation site... Taylor's House.
*The Davis' Household*
*KNOCK KNOCK*
I wait for someone to open the door for me... no answer.
Vanessa: HELLO? MR AND MRS DAVIS? ITS ME VANESSA!
*KNOCK KNOCK* Still no answer. I look at the doorknob and I look to see if its open or not.. it is.
I swing the door open and I see no one. Its just vacant, empty. I step inside and I look around. God... this place is so weird now. Knowing that someone died here just makes the house spookier by the minute. The first place I look was upstairs in her bedroom. She had a white aesthetic room. It was beautiful to look at.

First, I checked her drawers to see if there were clues in there... nothing, just some makeup and hair brushes. Next, I check under her bed. I see a dark black box. I open and I see that its filled of old pictures of the gang in High School. I search some more and i see something really strange, a red lighter. Why would Taylor have a red lighter? I guess I'll never find out. I check her whole room but I find nothing. I go back downstairs and I was about to leave until i saw something under the welcome mat inside. I pick it up and I start to shake, it was a small light blue piece of cloth. The same cloth that was missing from Josh's light blue jacket.
