The Princess of Argon was a sad little girl. She was thin, pale and sickly. Her parents worried about her constantly. Her skin was so delicate, it always got itchy in the air. Her hair never grew properly. Only a cloud of white fluff sprouted out of her scalp.

Whenever she was in the water, Mango felt a lot better. So her parents had a big pool built for her inside the palace, and in the garden she had her own lake.

When the merpeople arrived in the Palace of Argon, the two princesses instantly became the best of friends.

From now on, Mango and Nori were inseparable. They splashed around in the water all day. They laughed, and they played. The King and Queen of Argon had never seen their little princess so happy.

Mango grew healthier and stronger by the day. Her cheeks turned rosy. Soon her hair fell in glossy blonde locks over her shoulders. Her parents were delighted.

Nori was a stunning beauty. She was smaller than Mango. Her black hair had a shimmering indigo blue tinge. It covered her back almost down to her waist.
