Chapter 13

Omniscient

The four members of BTS, excluding Jin, RM and J-Hope, were gathered in a room for a sudden meeting regarding a special performance for the upcoming anniversary special of Music Bank.

They were all seated around a long glass office table waiting for the staffs to go down about the details.

All of them are in their own worlds, when suddenly, Jungkook jolted up from his seat looking at the screen of his phone with a quite shocked expression.

"What happened?" Suga asked curiously.

Jungkook, after realizing what he just did, slowly sit back on his chair clearing his throat as he answered.

"Nevermind." He sheepishly smiled. He just received a message from Dahyun.

He hadn't told any of his members about his communication with TWICE's Dahyun because he's too afraid to get showered by nonstop teasing.

Deep inside him, he was greatly thrilled after knowing that Dahyun and some of her fellow members are on their way to the same building.

Please, please, please. Let it be a collaboration between our groups. Jungkook quietly wished while biting his lower lip suppressing the smile that wants to escape from his lips.

While Jungkook is deep in his thoughts, Jimin also is. He's been thinking whether Seulgi will appear on the anniversary special. He badly wants to see her again. Ask her to have him back, he'll plead if it is needed. He have been trying to contact her the last few weeks but she won't just pick up nor reply to his texts and calls.

All of them halted from whatever they were doing when a staff came inside.

"We'll start real soon. The other artists are already here."

"So it's a collaboration?" Taehyung asked curiously.

The glass door then opened revealing 4 members of the most popular girl group in this generation, TWICE. They are all wearing timid smiles.

Jungkook's gaze immediately landed on his eye candy, Kim Dahyun who reciprocate it with a smile.

Jungkook was surely happy that his wide smile can't hide it. I'm thanking all the heavens for this opportunity. He thought to himself.

The girls, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu, and Sana, lined up infront of them and introduced themselves.

"1, 2, 3.. One in a million. Annyeong haseyo, TWICE imnida." The girls said in unison and politely bowed to their seniors.

"We're very sorry for coming late. We were informed just now." Dahyun said.

"It's okay. You may take your seats now." The PD told them.

They sat across the boys. Dahyun's eyes wander around the room and spotted someone who made her heart pound like crazy. So he's here. She anxiously thought. What if he was concious that time? He's probably aware of my identity by now. What should I do? Is he mad? Sad? Or glad? Her thoughts almost drive her crazy.

Her eyes then landed on her newly gained friend. She smiled at him that he gladly returned.

"Okay! So you're all here because the management has chosen you to have a special performance. It will be a collaboration of the two biggest groups, wouldn't that be awesome?" The PD explained to them, earning 'Ohh's from the artists.

Dahyun fiddles her fingers out of nervousness, she has this uneasy feeling in her gut even though nothing has actually happened yet.

On the other hand, Jungkook is overly delighted by the news, knowing that he'll have the chance to have more time to interact with the girl he likes.

While Jimin remained seated thinking what would Seulgi react when she sees him performing with the girl she hates. Great. He mentally facepalmed.

They were all given time to prepare for their practices, after discussing the details for the performance, they were sent back to get necessary stuffs for their practice and were asked to come back that afternoon.

"Eonni, please stop pacing back and forth. I'm getting dizzy." Chaeng told Dahyun while holding his head.

Dahyun sat beside her on her bed.

"What should I do? What if he do knows who am I already?" She asked while wiggling her feet.

"Well, that's the purpose why you confessed, right?" Chaeyoung said blinking innocently.

"Urghhh." She groaned as she realized that the younger's response is right. Stupid, Dahyun. You're doomed.

"Woooah. What's up with the big smile, Jungkook-ah?" Taehyung teases as they arrived at their dorm.

Jungkook just rolled his eyes.

"He's about to perform with his crush! Woot woot!" Suga joined in.

Suddenly, Jin's head popped out from the kitchen.

"Wow! Is that true?! I'm so happy for our baby!" Jin cooed in.

"Yeah yeah. Whatever." Jungkook just shrugged off the teasing and went straight to his room to prepare.

As he sat down on his bed. He fished out his phone from his pocket and typed a message.

"I'm so excited to work with you, Dahyun-ah." With a wide smile on his face, he send his message.
