Omniscient

It was just a normal day where the girls were scattered all over their dorm doing their own businesses.

Dahyun is enjoying her pack of chips while scrolling on her phone reading random articles.

"The performance had a really good feedback. It's been two days ever since and yet it is still one of the most searched." Mina commented while scrolling on her own phone.

"Plus the articles about it have lots of reads and positive comments." Jeongyeon added while sweeping the floor hitting whoever's feet blocking her way.

"Did you see the articles Dahyun eonni?" Chaeng gleefully asked shaking Dahyun's shoulder lightly.

Dahyun cleared her throat as she recalls the articles she had read. Her face then sported a light blush and Chaeyoung already knew what the answer is even before she spoke.

"Ah yeah." She shortly replied and fixed her eyes on the phone again.

"Do you mean 'Have you read the articles about how good you and Jimin sunbae look together on stage?'" Nayeon suddenly appeared from nowhere startling both Dahyun and Chaeyoung.

Dahyun's face immediately turned into bright red. She covered her face with her hands but her crimson ears peeked out of her hair.

"Omg! Let's have a toast! Dubu and her problematic crush had an article with positive feedbacks!" Jihyo said, a hint of sarcasm evident in her voice.

Dahyun pouted. Not really happy about some of the members still not okay with the alcohol issue.

"Eonniii. I've told you many times, he's a great guy. He was just not so stable that time." Dahyun tried explaining.

"I know Dahyunnie. I just want you to be careful okay?" Jihyo said with a smile.

"But seriously! That article has looots of reads plus super positive comments! They really liked your chemistry on stage. Well, you would really look cute as a couple." Sana said and squealed earning a light smack on the head from Momo.

"Indeed and that's quite odd in a good way, right? Most fans hate it when their idols get paired with an idol with opposite sex." Chaeyoung added while nodding.

"I still like DaKook more." Tzuyu commented, stuffing her breakfast in her mouth.

"DaKook?" They said in unison.

"Duh, Dahyun and Jungkook." Tzuyu shrugged.

"Eh? That's a big joke." Dahyun said, laughing sarcastically.

"But you two are really close?" Mina commented.

"They are childhood friends." Sana said.

"What?!"

They all turned their heads to Sana with wide eyes. She immediately raised her arms infront of her as if they'll hit her anytime.

"Don't attack me! I just learned about it last last night." She explained.

They all turned to Dahyun slowly. Chaeyoung looked at her with disappointed eyes, feeling betrayed somehow. Dahyun took notice of it, even her felt disappointed that she haven't shared their story of friendship to anyone. She felt as if she haven't valued what she had with Jungkook.

"Ah.. Ha ha ha. Hmm, yeah? You guys know now." She said with an awkward smile.

"Kim Dahyun.." Nayeon said.

They were all ready to attack when Dahyun's phone suddenly rung.

"Save by the bell!" She said and run to the kitchen.

She checked the caller ID and answered it.

"Hey my savior. Thanks for saving me again." She laughed.

"Eh?" The guy on the other line sounded confused.

"Nothing. What is it Kookie oppa?" She asked.

"Hmm, Yugyeom wanted to hangout. Do you wanna tag along?" He asked, hoping to hear a yes.

Dahyun checked their schedule calendar and found today schedule-free.

"Sure." She replied with a smile.

Jungkook on the other hand was jumping in joy. It was actually his idea to hangout and to make it less suspicious, he asked Yugyeom to come.

"So see you, Snow?" He asked with a smirk.

"Ugh, yeah. See you." She said with a chuckle and ended the call.

"Ohh.. A date with Kookie oppa." Nayeon said with a wide grin.

Dahyun almost jumped out of shock. She turned around and saw eight heads peeking from the kitchen counter.

"Hey! Eavesdropping is bad! And Yugyeom oppa will go with us." Dahyun tried explaining.

They all stood up one by one and walk towards different directions.

"I'm switching to DaKook." "Bye DaMin." "DaKook is more legit." "DaKook fighting!"

"Ughhh! Y'all are so annoying!" Dahyun ruffled her hair out of frustration.

Dahyun waved her hand at the guys standing near the café where they agreed to meet up.

Yugyeom waved his hand cheerfully and pulled his mask down.

There are only few people around the place, really perfect for idols' secret meetings. Jungkook suggested this place since their group often visits here.

"Hey, let's go inside." Jungkook said and locks Dahyun's head with his arm as he drags her inside. Yugyeom follows the two, shaking his head while smiling.

"Heeey, let me goooo." Dahyun pleaded while hitting the taller's arm around her neck.

"Why? I missed you." He said as he tried to find a table for them.

She just rolled her eyes but then she felt someone pulling her arm.

"Yah! I missed her too Jeon." Yugyeom said as he tugs Dahyun towards him.

"Oh god. I shouldn't have agreed to this." Dahyun sighed as she struggled between the two giants bickering with each other.

"Ohh."

The trio whipped their head at the same time to see the person who spoke.
