Chapter 25

Omniscient

Dahyun quietly sat at the back of their service van, staring at her phone and waiting for a certain person's message. It had been days since the last time Jungkook slipped into her inbox. She kept thinking whether she did something that made the guy upset. Ever since that day in the café, Jungkook never talked to her again. She tried calling her several times but he'll always say that he has lots of things to do.

"Guess he's busy again." She sighed and shrugged, putting her phone back to her pouch.

"We're here, Dahyun-ah." Pinky said, the van already at the parking area.

Dahyun nodded then opens the door as she headed out of the van. She went straight to the designated room for the meeting and knocked at the door before entering.

She saw a familiar back profile that brought a smile onto her face.

"Good morning. Am I late?" She cheerfully said as she sat down across the other.

The male looked at her and smiled warmly.

"I didn't expect to see you here Dahyun-ah. I don't think you're late since no one's still here but us." The guy replied, his smile never leaving his lips.

"Neither did I expected to see you, Jimin-ssi." Dahyun teased.

The two are currently seated inside a room at the KBS building, waiting for whatever the reason they were summoned to the said place.

"Do you know what's this meeting all about?" Dahyun asked as she roams her eyes around the room.

"Hmm, it's for a show guesting but I dont really know what show it is." Jimin said resting his chin on his palm while staring at the girl.

"Oh really?" The girl giddily asked as she shifted her gaze to the guy, getting surprised to catch him looking at her already.

"T-that would be fun." She said with a wide smile.

The other nods in agreement with his eyes still glued on the girl, sporting his beautiful eyesmile.

A staff finally entered the room making the two of them stand as they greeted her.

"Good morning to the both of you. Please have your seats." The woman said as she too sat down on one of the chairs along the huge rectangular table.

"I know that you're still wondering about the agenda of this meeting so I'm here to enlighten you two about the upcoming guesting." She said gaining a nod from the two artists.

"So it seems like the people is still having a BangTwice syndrome because of your recent performance. The management would like to have the two of you as guests for an episode of The Return of Superman." The woman discussed with a smile.

"You mean, the show with the little kids?" Dahyun asked as her eyes sparkled with excitement.

Jimin chuckled at the sight.

"Yes, I guess that's what she is pertaining to." He said.

The woman nodded, handing a paper to the both of them.

"The schedule and other details were all printed there. You will be appearing with Ko Seungjae, Ko Jiyong's son." She added.

"The smart and talkative kid." Jimin chuckles, looking forward in meeting the cute child.

"Yes. He's really smart for his age but he is very mischievous as well. So you two should prepare yourselves." She said with a small laugh.

"I can't wait to see him." Dahyun said with a wide grin.
