I woke up this morning to an empty bed. I looked over at the clock It read 10:35am JJ Is normally up by then. there was a note attached to an ihop bag on my night stand.

From: Jerome

good morning beautiful. I'm sorry I wasn't there when you woke up something popped up at the trap. I promise this won't happen again I love waking up to you and you waking up to me. I'll be back by 2pm and we will spend the whole day together I promise. here's some breakfast for you and JJ enjoy.

I smiled brightly. damn I love this man. I ate my food then hopped on the shower. after 20 minutes I got out and did my hygiene. I went to wake JJ up.

"JJ wake up baby come eat you have to go to day care today remember?"

he whinned.

"what's wrong with my baby?"

"I don't feel good mama" I felt his head and he was burning up.

"come on baby lets take your bath and cool you off."

"okay I don't wanna go to day care today I stay with you?" he asked he is so cute.

"yes baby you stay home today."

I ran his water and washed him he didn't wanna play today that's how I know my baby was feeling bad. after I dressed him I gave him his breakfast from Jerome. after he ate he laid on my lap on the couch and watched t.v. until he fell back asleep I took him back upstairs and put him in my bed. he sweated so bad last night I have to change his sheets. I went back downstairs to start cleaning up I love a clean house. and with Jerome and JJ running around 24/7  I need to clean everyday. after I cleaned up it was going on 2 o'clock Jerome will be here shortly. I showered again and put on one of his shirts and yoga pants. I went out to check the mail.

"bills...bills....bills...his check......his check....bills....ooo my check!" I say talking to myself.

I began walking back to the house and I heard a loud crashing sound like a window crashing. I ran towards the house and went straight to my room JJ was still sleep. I searched the whole house and locked up. I called Jerome

"hello" he said

"baby somebody threw a brick through the front the window"

"what the fuck! okay I will be there in just a minute you okay baby!" he asked panicking

"yes baby calm down I checked the house no one is here. continue what you was doing earlier me and JJ are fine"

"naw fuck that get in the room and get him too. why he still home" he said yelling and sounded like he was running

"he had a fever today so he stayed home with me but he went back to sleep after he ate and showered"

"damn he most not really feel good if he sleep JJ and sleep don't go together." I heard him pull up outside so I hung up and went downstairs.

"hey baby" I say giving him a kiss and hug.

"don't you ever hang up on me like that again Kali" he says slapping my ass hard as fuck.

"okay I'm sorry.there's the window. I didn't touch nothing or call the police"

"you didn't call the police?"

"no I checked the house and plus I know you don't want the police to come and check the house what if they find something?"

"good looking out but if something bad happens you call the police Kali!"

"okay okay okay" he walked over to the note and read it out loud.

YOU ARE GONNA REGRET HOW YOU TREATED ME BITCH. AND JEROME WE CAN BE TOGETHER SOON AFTER I HANDLE THAT BITCH  KALI I DIDN'T KNOCK BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT JJ TO FIND HER DEAD SO I AIR MAILED IT THROUGH YOUR WINDOW I HOPE YOUR NOT MAD BABY LOVE YOU AND SEE YOU SOON.
