Chapter 6 Getting Hot

Joshua calculated that Askar will be in view from his telescope in about two hours. During that time he changed into a new set of clothes, made sure the crew cleaned the mess that Niles (and him) did, and had them pack all the rotten food into stacks to throw out once they arrived.

As he was pulling down the black flag to avoid suspicion at Askar, he hollered out to a passing sailor.

"Oi, where's Niles?"

"In bed Captain Joshua, apparently this time the food struck him." the sailor responded and kept walking.

What? He never got sick before?! Ugh..just my luck..Joshua grumbled as he walked towards the sleeping quarters to check out his partner.

He entered and closed the door, creaking behind him, and as he got closer he could hear his partner's heavy breathing get louder each step he took.

Worried, he rushed his pace to Niles' side and flinched as he reached out to touch his forehead. He was burning up wildly and shivered at Joshua's touch.

"Niles what the hell man you're roasting up"

"Heh..tell me s-something I don't know~" Niles replied with a weak smirk.

"Idiot not that wa-Ay!" Joshua yelped the last part at the abrupt pull Niles did.

"Don't leave me..please" Niles whispered as he snaked his arms around Joshua, making him beet red. W-What the Hell am I Blushing About!? He started to freak out in his mind, while being taunted by Niles' ginger touches.

Joshua panicked so bad that he lost his ability to move and became stiff. This is all a bad dream and I'm going to wake up soon. It's just a very bad dream an I'm going to wake up soon. It's just a bad dream and I'm going to wake up soon...He repeated in his mind over and over as punishment.

"Ohh...Joshua you're getting me so worked up..." Niles huffed in a groan as he ran his hands up his partner's back and through his hair, throwing his hat aside.

At this point, Joshua arched his back up a bit strongly eeking mentally at how bad this felt. S-Stop this insanity now!

But it only made it worse as Joshua's body nudged on Niles' "soft spot" making him moan.

"Ahh~ J-Joshua not there~"

This made Joshua's eye twitch and punched Niles, sending him flying.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT MAN!?"

"AYEEEEEE!!" Thud! Niles landed face on the floor.

"Aye-ah guess it was getting hot huh Joshy?" Niles replied bobbling his head before hitting the floor again.

Still beet red at the situation, Joshua only clenched his fists trying to calm down at what the archer has done....and suddenly made him feel something unexplainable.......
