A year later the humans returned from Detroit and changed the laws around just like the androids wanted they were given the same rights as humans so everyone was at peace and CyberLife decided to give all the androids updates so they all have new biocomponents, for example, they can now feel pleasure and pain and they don't have the need to but they can eat and drink things so CyberLife also made a thing called Cybereats basically food for androids and your relationship with Markus is going pretty well neither of you made move beyond kissing but it's still okay the best thing you both have cute ass nicknames for each other

You backed up and looked at Markus's face you looked at the painting you just finished

Sorry if him calling you "kitty" is weird but you know I thought if you call him puppy then him calling you kitty would be cute plus the fact that you can purr but I have no experience with relationships so if you want you can imagine it's something you would prefer
You: what? What is it?
His arms wrapped around your waist from behind you felt his cheek squish against your head as you slightly swayed your hips
Markus: it's really pretty beautiful in fact
You: you know I don't really know what to say anymore I'm just clinging to these brushes nowadays
Markus: you're starting to sound a lot like Carl
You: Am I?... I did enjoy listening to him talk
You put down your paint on the stool you were sitting on you then escaped from his arms and took off your painting gloves
You: I'm gonna clean up in here I'll meet up with you in the living room

He walked out of the studio leaving you to look around

You moved into Carl's house when your freedom was confirmed by the humans you and Markus both wanted something of Carl's that you could keep after you finished cleaning up you took off the overalls that you use specifically for painting and hung them up by the door you then walked into the living room seeing Markus on the couch reading so you walked up to the couch and dropped down on it your head taking its rightful place on his lap you closed your eyes feeling his fingers soothingly rub your head making you groan out a comfortable purr (if that's even possible)
Markus: you shouldn't work so hard with our new biocomponents we have the ability to get tired
You: don't worry puppy *purrs* I always turn it off when I'm working but it's back on now
You felt his hand grab and convert yours making you smile
You: my eyes are closed and I can still see you with those puppy eyes
Markus: I do not have puppy eyes
You: you do have that pouty lip though prove me wrong on that *chuckles* you've always had the puppy look ever since I met you
You heard him chuckle with his fingers intertwined with yours
You: I love you Markus
A few minutes later you had fallen asleep as Markus continued reading thinking you were still awake he rubbed your head again but he didn't hear a purr so he looked down almost instantly but saw your sleeping face making him sigh in relief he then slowly got up and put your head on the couch and put a blanket over you (you have heat and cold detectors too)
Markus: I love you too
He kissed your forehead and then went to look for another book to read
