There you were having escaped from your abusive master that damaged you badly you collapsed in front of some home but you curled into a ball your system going haywire until you shut your eyes

You awoke in the same position except you weren't on the cold ground in a house sitting on a couch

??: you're awake

You looked up and saw a tall man with green eyes looking at you for a minute you thought he was human seeing his clothing but then you saw his LED

You: who are you?

You meant to sound demanding but it came out as a soft quiver

??: my name is Markus I found you outside you were badly damaged and the man I am caring for asked me to bring you inside

??: damn right I did

You saw a man in a wheelchair roll next to Markus

??: my name is Carl and there's no way I would leave you out there

You:...I'm just an android why do you care?

Carl: Hmm it doesn't matter to me if you're an Android or not I can see you've seen rough times the world is cruel but the greater the storm the brighter your rainbow

Your LED turned blue as you looked down to the ground

Carl: what about you? What's your name?

You:...Y/n my- my name is Y/n

Carl: would you like to tell us why you were on the ground outside?

Carl: are you one of those deviants?

Carl: what did your owner do to you?

Markus tilted his head as Carl put his hand on his arm Markus looked down at Carl before walking up to you and kneeling down in front of you

Markus: you don't have to be afraid anymore you're going to be okay

You: you don't know that

He put his hand on your knee as you continued to look at the ground

Markus: you could stay with us

You looked at him shocked as you looked at Carl earning a nod from him

You: b-but I've done nothing for you, you don't owe me anything

Carl: just because we don't owe you anything doesn't mean we won't help you

Your e/c orbs drifted down to the ground and back up to him

Carl: stay as long as you want, stay forever even Markus and I could use the company

You: I...I don't...thank you

A year later

Carl ordered you human clothes to wear that were similar to Markus's and like him, you helped Carl around the house when Markus wasn't home

Markus: Y/n

You were currently sitting in a chair next to Carl's bed as he slept your eyes were closed but hearing Markus call your name you opened them

You: welcome home Mar-

Before you finished your greeting you put your hand on his face seeing a bit of blue and his clothes were messed up

You: the humans did this didn't they?

Markus: I'm fine Y/n they just pushed me around a little

You: I don't care even if we aren't their slaves they still beat us

He put his hand over yours and closed his eyes leaning into your touch you both had special moments like this either you put your hand on his face or your foreheads pressed together or even you just hugging Carl has been noticing how close your relationship has been progressing so quickly and leaves you both alone or sticks you together any chance he can

You: next time don't let the humans push you around...I hate seeing you like this

Markus: don't worry about it

You: no matter how many times you tell me that I'm still gonna worry your not a deviant so you wouldn't understand how I feel seeing you come home injured but that's okay

He let go of your hand and opened his eyes

You: it's time to wake up Carl and get him dressed

He nodded and got off of his knee and walked over to the curtains and opened them letting the light into the room

Carl: *groans*
