Tris POV

I walk into the school with the gang. We split up and head to our lockers.

"So what are you going to do about Four?" Chris asks me.

I pull out my science text book.

"Um I was actually going to talk to you guys about that at lunch." I say.

Marlene comes up to us.

"Hey ready to go?" She asks us.

"Umm I have to do something I'll meet you guys there." I say.

"Okay I'll save you a seat." Mar says.

I wave and they walk away. I grab my things and head to the office.

"Hi Ms. Reyes you wanted to see me?" I say.

"Oh yes I was wondering if you would give this to Ms. Matthews for me?" She says handing me some papers.

"Yeah sure." I say smiling.

I walk out the door. Since I have Ms. Matthews for science which is my first class I can just go straight there. As I"m walking Four jumps in front of me. I look at him raising my eyebrows. He has his arm behind his back.

"Hey beautiful." He says putting his arm in front of him revealing a rose.

I smile.

"Thanks." I say taking the rose.

"Can I walk with you?" He asks.

I nod my head.

"Tris I'm so sorry and I was being a complete idiot." He says looking down.

"You were being an idiot." I say.

He gives me a small smile.

"But I can't forgive you that easily. I didn't know what to do so I asked Sage. She said I should make you work for me so that's what I'm going to do. If you keep on doing things like this you should be good in about a month or so." I say.

He smiles from ear to ear, He leans down and whispers in my ear

"You look good Tris."

I blush. "Ya well don't get use to me dressing like this. Sage helped me get ready today." I say.

"Oh." He says.

I look at him he's frowning.

"What's the matter?" I ask him.

"Sorry about yesterday I shouldn't have asked her out, I just wanted to make you jealous." He says.

I smile. "It's fine."

I say. The bell rings. We look at each other and start sprinting. It's pretty hard since I'm wearing heels. We finally get there and run in the door.

"Where were you two?" Ms. Matthews asks us.

"Uhh we were picking up some papers from the office for you." I say handing her the papers.

"Very well then, please take a seat." She says.

I see Christina waving at me.

"I promised I would sit by Chris, Mar, and Sage so I'll talk to you later." I whisper to Four as we're walking down the side of the classroom.

"Okay." He says sitting beside Gabe.

I walk over to Chris, Mar, and Sage and sit in between Chris and Sage.. "Why were you talking to him?" Christina asks.
