I updated like I promised :)
Madison's POV
Mum and Robert did leave early Saturday morning and Mitchell and I were very pleased with them gone. Mum and Robert apologized for the that interrogation night and they said they were very sorry. It pretty much amused me how easily Mitchell and I got off the hook.
The swelling from my eye has gone away and I feel great. Everything is fine and back to normal. I took the weekend to it's advantage and started working on some course work. I started reading a book I wanted to read for a while now and it's incredible as I thought it would be.
Mitchell drove me to school and he turned the radio up and we were jamming in the car. We both had similar taste in music, who knew we would get along so quickly.
"So when school is over meet me here okay?" He asked.
"Sure" I replied.
Mitchell parked the car and we both got out shutting the door quickly. We didn't really talk after that and he went with his friends and I already started heading to class.
I checked the time on my phone and class would start in ten minutes. I bought a new phone, mum gave me the money since she felt bad about what happened. I'm kind of bummed that I lost Eleanor and Niall's number but, it'll be fine since I have the same number as before.
I hope I can talk to Mrs.Green before class starts. I don't think I want to sit in the back anymore, I'll ask for my seat back.
I went up the stairs and quickly went to the room. I checked through the window in the door to see if Mrs.Green was in there. Lucky for me she was.
I slowly opened the door and tried to make the least noise as possible.
"Mrs.Green?" I called.
"Yes?" She turned around and looked up at me from her desk.
I looked around the classroom and there were three other students in the class seated. They were on their phones and didn't bother to acknowledge my presence.
"Could I speak to you?" I asked her.
"Yes, what is it?" There was a tone of irritation in her voice.
She had a huge stack of papers on her desk. She also had a pen in her hands and she kept circling words and signing papers.
"I was wondering if I could have my seat back in the front of the classroom?" I asked her.
She put her pen down and looked at me with a puzzled face.
"No you may not have your seat back" She said strong and clear.
"But why?" I asked her.
"You don't understand do you? The new student has that seat now. You gave it up and you just can't't ask for it back. It's not a big deal anyway, you're doing amazingly in this class" She shrugged her shoulders.
"It's a big deal for me" I said under my breath.
I couldn't tell her because I didn't want to be behind Zayn anymore. I can't just tell her everything that has happened.
"Look another reason why I can't move you up front is because Zayn is doing much much better. You've had such a good influence in him" She said.
I gave up on the matter and just went back to my seat. The warning bell rang and more and more people kept walking in the class.
I took out a book and started reading. I didn't want to see Zayn's face. I felt someone approach me although I didn't let me eyes wander off the page. I wasn't even reading and I saw that the chair in front of me moved. I tried not to fidget in my chair and continued staring at the book.
