thats how many days tylers been awake. six full days of wondering if he'll be able to close his eyes and. just. sleep.
but he cant.
it would be a lie saying tyler wanted to sleep, he did, he really did, but the more he stays awake, the more tyler can watch the intriguing and mysteries boy tyler calls his friend.
the way the boys mouth stays agape while breathing and exhaling shallow breaths, the way his eyelashes twitch and flutter while dreaming, his fingers spamming and legs kicking and moving as if he was running. tyler always wondered what the boy was dreaming about, he asked but always got the same answer, "sorry, tyler, but my dreams are mine and i dont like sharing them." thats when tyler stopped asking and thats when tyler understand.
if tyler could dream, he wouldnt tell others what he dreamed about either.
josh is a mystery to tyler but tyler doesnt care.
