As the music blasted through the speakers and the bass picked up, I smiled feeling the wind hit me perfectly, pushing my hair back as Adam drove like a maniac on this empty road on route to Essaouira.

"Savannahhhh" I heard Sophia sing from the back seat making look back at her as my hair flew in my face. We were in a vintage convertible Mercedes Benz and it was the perfect aesthetic for this kind of road trip.

Sophia had her phone in her hand, probably recording as I smirked turning around and kissing at the camera before turning around again. Okay I was a little pose crazy but come on, it was the perfect opportunity.

Once we had arrived, our voices ached from all of the crazy carpool karaoke we attempted to do. It was a serious talent that only certain people could master.

We took some photos with each other sat on the car aiming for that kinda edgy aesthetics.

"Hey, take a photo of Adam and I" I told Sophia making her nod as she squatted slightly. If your best friend didn't go through the lengths Sophia did to get the perfect photo, was she really a best friend?

"Adam put your arm around her idiot" She ordered as we sat on the car. He looked down at me with a raised eyebrow before shrugging and putting his arm around my shoulders. After she took the photo, I was quick to look through them to pick the ones I actually wanted to post. This was what instagram life was all about.

After getting approval of which photos of Sophia and I, I could post, I was finally allowed to upload. I posted a photo of Sophia and I on the car but wit different poses and then another with Adam that we had just taken, captioning it with a red heart to match the red car in the photo.

"Let's go" Sophia cheered before we began to walk to where the famous market was.

I felt like I was in colour wonderland. Literally. Red, yellow, blue, pink, and every other colour you could think of were everywhere I looked and it was beautiful.

I took the Canon camera out of Adam's backpack before I held it to my face, looking in to the little square before taking some photos. It was a heaven for aesthetics.

Seriously.

"Welcome, how can I help you?" The owner of the little stall said, to my surprise, he spoke fluent English.

"Have you got any bracelets? Like wooden ones that you can wear in the water too without worrying about taking them off?" I asked him. I had noticed a lot of stalls sold bracelets and not necessarily ones with the Moroccan flag or anything souvenir like, they were just simple bracelets and I had noticed many people wore them too which made me believe it was a norm here.

"Yeah, they're very popular the wooden ones..." he told us as he held out a couple in his hands. They were simple wooden balls around a bracelet but I really wanted to get one for each of us as a little present and something from our favourite country for sure.

After asking for three, I paid the money before taking them from him and thanking him.

"Here" I smiled gliding the bracelet on to Sophia's wrist as she smiled down at it. "Thanks babe" she said kissing my cheek.

"Adam" I called out as he was stood in the back, staring up at the colourful blankets which were hung up on one of the stalls.

He looked over at me before I motioned over at him to come over to us and once he did, I took his hand in mine and put the bracelet on him. "This is cool" he commented as he noticed we all had them now.
