Chapter VI

Everything is going well in Freedom High, you can say it is almost very peaceful because there aren't any ill-mannered students running around the halls this time of the year. Maybe it is because everyone is busy planning what they are contributing for the school fair.

A lot of them had random ideas that didn't make anything sense. Ally and Brooke were assigned as the chair persons for their class. They will be in charge of everything the class does and they will be the ones assigning the task. The class will have a budget and the performance of the class during the school fair will determine their grades.

Ally and Brooke are already pressure but they refused to show it. After all, the reason they were chair persons in the first place because they were challenged by the next class. They made a bet to see which class is better in their batch. The losers will be mocked by crowning themselves as losers during the batch gathering the next month after the school fair.

Ally and Brooke started their first official class meeting for their school fair.

Ally: Hi classmates as chair persons for this school fair, we will be officially opening this meeting.

Brooke: First portion of the meeting will be dedicated in planning the theme, casting some of you to help us during the entire process.

Ally: We will need students who will handle the liquidation of our entire expenses, documentation as evidence that each one contributed for this project and leaders for each committee that we will be making.

Brooke: Of course we can't decide for the committees if we are still unaware of the theme that we will be handling.

Ally: Any suggestions?

The students weren't really cooperating and they really didn't care for their grades. Majority of the students knew that all the proceeds of the school fair will just go to a charity or foundation and let's just say they are not in the least excited to do work for the benefit of others. Ally and Brooke decided to plan the theme themselves so the meeting will end on time.

Ally: Okay since nobody has got any suggestions to give, Brooke and I decided that we will be having a costume café and a bake sale.

Brooke: We know that it is going to be tough to pull this off but we need to do our best because it is all for a good cause. Besides guys, it is for our grades.

Ally: Now that we have the theme it is time to assign everyone to their respective committees. The committees will be the baking committee, the kitchen staff committee, the costume makers and the decorating committee. Cleaning up and handling of customers will be done by everyone.

Brooke: We decided to have a costume café and bake sale for these reasons. People enjoy eating baked goods as well as giving them as presents for their love ones. The café is an ideal place to recreate since it is usually cozy and pleasant. We made it a costume themed café so that all the students will have fun while attending to the customers plus it is a very easy way ti help us identify you.

Ally: As for the students who will help us in the other formal processes we already selected 3 of our classmates to help us. Adreanna, Anastasia and Deogracias, please stand up to be recognized.

Yanna, Anya and Mars were shocked to hear their names being called but still they stood up to be recognized. The 3 of them shared glances as they awkwardly look at their other classmates.

Anya whispered to Yanna

Anya: I'm so going to give them a piece of my mind once all of this is over.

After the meeting as everyone was leaving to get out of the classroom, the five friends remained to discuss about other matters.

Anya: What were you two thinking dragging us all three in this project? As if the work you both given us weren't hard you decided to give us 3 extra work that we clearly didn't need.

Ally: Oh don't be such a kid Anya. Do you expect to trust us these classmates of ours who clearly don't care about this project as much as us? Besides, we wouldn't want to be stress while you 3 will be completely blended in the crown chilling.

Brooke: Yeah and we both know that you guys can be trusted and have the skills to successfully do this job. In fact this is an advantage for everyone since we can stay in school longer than everyone else and our parents won't be mad of it because it is school related.

The 3 of them just sighed and decided to do their job.
