I carefully put on my uniform for the school being sure that it didn't touch my neck. I always had to be careful about the collar around my neck because I know that if I were to let anything touch the collar then I would meet the painful electrocution that I knew so well. After I was all done getting ready I walked out of the plain empty room that was mine.

"Are you done 99?" it was my supervisor, standing outside the door. She was only one of them though, I had many they switched every now and then supervising me from day to night. They always watched me because they didn't want such a valuable specimen such as me to escape. The only reason why I had any possessions at all was simply that even though my duties mainly consist of undercover activities I was supposed to have an identity. I needed one in order to not gain attention and blend in. Most of all it was important to have an identity because without one my work would be constrained and I would only be able to work in the shadows. Those activities consisted of meetings that I was supposed to attend, I needed a backstory and something short of a life to pass as an innocent child. This was needed because I had unusual pastel blue hair, and eyes that held both the colors of purple and green. My appearance was nothing but the opposite of casual and people definitely would notice me. So I needed a life.

"Yeah," I quietly replied to my supervisor, and with that, we left the apartment and got into the car to go to the new school. It was a short ride, but as usual, there was a list of rules for the ride.

"You aren't supposed to kill or do anything aggressive here." my supervisor started the list of limitations. "And as always no friends," that was expected, but to a point, it was strange because the list seemed to end. Then we arrived at the front of the school gate. There were so many people, and I decided that using practically any of my powers would be impossible here. Not that I was allowed anyway. The collar sensed that too. At the top of the car I was gestured to leave the car and was left with a demand.

"Find an adult with a lanyard, tell them your name and ask for your class." I listened and memorized these words walking into the building to find the description. There was staring and whispering as I went through with the bag, without hearing their thoughts I could tell that they were talking about my blue hair.

Yet this didn't bother me and soon enough I had found my target. I stopped and turned to walk up to him, but he didn't notice me because my footsteps were too quiet. To a point, I decided that I would call after him giving up on waiting for him to notice me.

"Excuse me I need to ask you something," I was careful with my tone knowing that I would need to be nice to the people here.

"What do you need to know?" He reluctantly looked down at me, he had a brief moment of surprise with my hair but eventually, he calmed down. I knew exactly what to ask him even being in such an unfamiliar ground.

"I'm Rio a new student here and I was told to ask for my classes I was wondering if you could help me with that?" I said this with a hopeful expression if was fake, but it always made things much easier.

" Of course I think I might be able to get your schedule, follow me." I did as he requested and followed him into a room labeled "Principal's Office". He opened the door and I waited for him to finish talking with the lady at the desk. During the conversation, I watched as she clicked a few things on her computer while shuffling through some things. Soon enough she seemed to find what she was looking for and gave it to the man.

"Here's the schedule, I'm your homeroom teacher so I'll take you to your first class." He handed me the schedule that held all the information I would need. I nodded as I was given the map, I didn't know the school well so the map would be helpful.
