I was unconscious but, I could still hear the voice of something talking. It's voice was low and robot-like.
"Subject 4686. Arrival: 1800. Sexuality: Female. Blood type: AB. Subject is unresponsive for 4 hours. Subjects' body response towards test is unresponsive. Subject is most likely threat. No order of disposal had been requested."
I could hear the noise of metal clinking against metal and had assumed my kidnapper, most likely, was walking away due to me hearing a metal sliding door opening and then closing.
I didn't know how much longer I hadn't been responsive to the outside world but, I suddenly felt a shot of adrenalin flow through my body. My eyes had shot themselves open. I was trapped in some sort of pod where my wrists and ankles were held down by metal cuffs. I didn't know where I was but, somehow felt as if I had super human strength. I forced my arms to move and, without any effort, ripped the cuffs from my wrists and ankles and broke through the yellow glass of the pod allowing me to fall to the ground of red metal. Around me, I could see hundreds - thousands of people trapped in similar pods. All unconscious. My right ear suddenly began to buzz which was a bit painful. Then, I heard a woman's voice talk to me.
"Hello? You there?" Her voice was smooth and gentle.
"Wh-what? Who?..." I answered, looking around my surroundings for the source of the sound.
"Great!" She shouted happily, "I've been trying to reach you for days! My name is Oracle. I'm here to get you out of there."
"Whe-where..." I stuttered, "Where are you?"
"I'm back at Base... I had one of my BC's crawl into your pod about an hour ago... It found its way to your ear and attached itself. Sorry if that freaks you out."
I placed my hand lightly on my ear and felt something metal that had fit itself snugly in my ear canal, "What's a BC?"
"Bug Communicator. Pretty much is what it says it is. A small little techno bug that you can communicate through."
"Oh... Uhh..."
"We need to get you out of there. No more small talk. There's a group of enemies coming your way so you'll have to fight your way out. Think you can do it?"
"I - I don't... -"
"Then try. Either they win or you leave alive. Your choice. This is your only and last chance of getting out of there."
I took in a deep breath and kept my mind calm, "Alright... Do you have any advice?"
She chuckled, "Trust me. You'll find a way."
Behind the metal doors that stood about a yard or so in front of me, I could hear more robotic voices talking - it was muffled though. I put myself in a stable stance and concentrated, trying to loosen my body up to be more agile. The doors had opened revealing five silver metalized robots with a red glow flowing from their stomach, up their arms, and down their legs. From somewhere deep inside me, though, I felt something. I wasn't sure what it was but, it felt... powerful. As if I were powerful. Around me, snow and ice swirled and the more calm I felt, the more intense the small blizzard grew. I shot my hand out towards my enemies and the blizzard followed, freezing them in ice or tearing through their robotic bodies.
I looked down at my hands. I did that, didn't I? I had thought to myself as the swirling blizzard died down.
"That. Was. FANTASTIC!" I heard Oracle compliment me as she cheered, "Oh my God!"
I looked at my destroyed enemies, "What did I do...? What happened to me?"
Oracle chuckled, "You, my friend, are a superhero."
"Excuse me?"
"You know Brainiac? Big, green alien fellow who's tried overruling mankind for years?"
"Well... Yeah..."
"He released a virus into the air that infected a couple of humans." She cleared her throat, "He kidnapped most of them and put them in pods to study them - to try and brainwash them in this Harvester Ship, you're on it."
"Brainwash us... Why?"
"Because, he wants to control you guys. Make you guys his servants. He wants to destroy the Justice League and knows damn well he can't do it himself. So, he's making his own army of supervillains."
"That - that's insane!" From beyond the doors, I could hear metallic feet closing in.
"He's insane."
"W- what do I do...?"
"Right now, you escape. I need to help you get your ass out of there, okay?"
"O-okay..."
"Alright. I'll give you directions on where to go."
The metallic feet were becoming louder with the sound of robotic voices, "Closing in on subject 4686. Subject will be exterminated."
"Alright," I responded, "I'm guess I have to go straight ahead?"
"Yeah. Then, turn right into a large room. You'll have some company."
The robots had gotten into my line of view as the blizzard began to reform around me, "Got it."
I lifted my hand and the blizzard followed my command.

I was trapped in a maze. I followed the directions Oracle gave me as I ventured further into the Harvester Ship but, always ended up near a dead end. Around every corner, there seemed to be more robotic enemies to fight and I was beginning to feel weaker and weaker the more I used my new powers.

I had made another ordered left turn and ran into a spider like robot that was ten times my size. It's body was a giant, metal brain that had slender legs with red and yellow wires flowing through it. The machines yellow eyes targeted me as a yellow - blue beam was shot towards me. I dodged by rolling to the right - the beam had struck where I was, leaving a black stain with smoke rising. I could've been disintegrated.
The robot turned its body towards me and began charging its next shot. Within moments, the blast came and I had jumped over it - towards the top of the robot's brain like body - which worked marvellously. I had taken out the staff I had taken from one of my fallen enemies from earlier and pierced it through the robot's brain. The robot had shrieked, or so I assumed, and tried wiggling me off it back. To my advantage, I didn't move an inch due to a clever idea of freezing my feet into place. I pierced the machine again and several more times before it was defeated. It's yellow eyes had dimmed in color as the slender yellow and red wires from its brain had stopped flowing energy to its body.
I broke my feet from their frozen buckles and sat myself against a nearby wall. I was exhausted. My body ached for a good meal and to rest a while. I couldn't give in though. I had to get off this ship - I didn't need to be stuck in another pod after coming so far.
"Hey! You there? Di- Did you die...?" I heard Oracle call out through the BC.
"Yeah," I replied, breathless, "I'm alive. How much further?"
"Honestly," his voice was cheerier, "The doors to your left are your exit."
"S-seriously?" I looked to my left at my escape. I was there. I breathed a sigh of relief and laughed. I'm going home!
"I know you're happy but keep your cool." Her voice turned serious, "Behind those doors are teleporters that I still need to hack - to teleport you to the Base. You need to defeat the enemies and there's a ton. Not to mention, the main power source of the ship is in there and I'm going to need you to destroy them. Think you can do it?"
"Yeah, I think I can..."
"Alright, I'm already starting to hack through. Get through those doors!"
I did what she ordered and ran through the doors.

Enemies surrounded the entire room, especially near four large poles with flowing red, yellow, and blue energy in them - the power source. My enemies all stared at me with glowing yellow eyes. I concentrated on the little power I had left and blasted my enemies. Half of them were destroyed by the blast but, it wasn't enough. I had used the last of my energy and only had a staff which wouldn't defend me for long.
One of the robots had launched themselves at me and I quickly hit him with the staff, launching him across the room but, he was still functional. He stood and tried attacking me again with several others launching themselves at me. I had hit each of them with the staff and even pierced through some of their metal but they were still able to fight. I was too tired, too weak to continue to fight. I was defenseless, I had to call quits.
More and more enemies attacked me and I could taste blood in my mouth as my vision began to blur. To think, I had gotten so far only to be destroyed in the end...
"Oh fuck... OH FUCK! Get out of there! You're outmatched!" Oracle had yelled through the BC, "C'mon! Move!"
I tried to reply but one of the robots and punched my lip with his metal fist, making it hard to speak.
"Oh shit... FUCK! What the hell do I... -? FUCK!" I could hear someone in her background speak to her, "Yeah... Yeah, okay. All right. I'm sending Superman to you, okay? He'll get you out of there... Please be alive...." She had whispered the last part.
Suddenly, all four of the energy tubes had began to glow brighter with energy. All of the enemies had stopped attacking me and some even went over to the tubes to investigate. From the ceiling and the ground that stood in the middle of the tubes, yellow energy had swirled. The energy had dimmed to reveal a man. His hair was black and his eyes were a dark blue. He was tall, incredibly muscular, and wore tight leather clothing that suited him nicely. His tights were a dark blue with a matching torso. His shoes were red as well as his cape with a giant S in a diamond on his chest plate... He was Superman...
