Ever since that day, Lance had been given a new name- or at least nickname which you guessed it, Lance. The pearl didn't mind, he found out the onyx preferred Shiro, and the quartz, was well, Rose.
Over the years, the rebellion grew stronger and stronger, soon enough the crystal gems broke the teleportation that lead to homeworld, while they stayed prepared to fight.
And quartz soon fell in love with a human, Alfor, and had a child, but in order for them to live, the quartz had to give up their own form. The rose had a daughter. Her name was Allura, and of course, the pearl got very upset and so did the rest of the team they had. They soon got more members after that!
The Jasper was called Hunk.
The Peridot was Pidge.
And the firey, hot-headed, seemingly selfish, was called, 'keith', or 'shit hair' as Lance called him. And through out the years, trust me, Lance and Keith never ever got along, and never would. Or so they thought.
