Shubam stood there stuck to his spot. A million thoughts were running through his head and he knew one thing for sure, there was a lot to set right. "Shubam, where are you lost?" Naksh asks nudging him to which he justs nods and turns away. Shubam goes to Ansh and takes him away to talk. "Ansh, will you listen to me?" He asks. "Yes mamu. Can I play with papa after?" He smiles at the kid and starts talking. "Who is your favourite person? Mumma?" Ansh nods and smiles happily. "Champ mumma loves you the most, will you do as she says? Naksh papa nahi hai. Please papa maat kaho." Shubam explains. "Kyun? Sab ke paas papa hai. Aap ka hai mumma ka hai. Mera papa kahan hai? Mujhe papa chaiye." Ansh cries. "Bachcha, tumare papa bad boys ko dishoom kar rahe hain. Remember Karthik mamu taught you about army? Papa army main hain. Wahan leave nahi milli hai papa ko. When you become a big boy I will tell you more. Yeh humara secret hai. Ok?" Shubam asks. "Ok. Main Ironman bula sakta hoon?" Ansh asks. "You go and ask him. Chalo."
Ansh runs to Naksh and and sits next to him. "Shub mamu ne kaha papa army main hain aur aap papa nahi hai. Kya main aapko Ironman bula sakta hoon?" "Of course. Tum to mere friend ho." Naksh says and Ansh smiles at him. Keerti and Kaira also come and get happy to know Ansh understood. "Di, maybe we have to tell him about Jiju slowly. Show a photo or two then the videos. He needs to know." Shubam tells Keerti. "I'll talk to him. Thank you for making him understand." Keerti hugs Shubam.
It's late in the evening and everyone is sitting for some tea. Naira doesn't have anything as she was fasting and Karthik keeps asking her if she ate? "I had some biscuits in the kitchen. I'm full. Mumma I'll go to my room for sometime." Naira says and starts to climb the stairs and feels dizzy. "Karthik." Naira calls out and takes the support of the railings to stand. Everyone rush to her and they make her sit properly and Ansh gets some water. Naira doesn't take it and Ansh huffs. "Maami 911. You will listen to us. Drink this warna main kaan keechungi." Ansh scolds her and everyone laugh as Naira obliges and drinks the water. "Naira, maine kaha na agar uneasy ho toh maat rakh vrat. Bahut zidi ho." Choti dadi scolds her.
"Vrat Naira? Really? After everything the doctor told us? You know what? I don't care. Do what you want but tell us so that we don't bother." Karthik shouts at her. "Yeh hai na teri doctor, will you atleast listen to him? Reports dekh kar he said the same. What do you think you are doing? Bewakoofi ko bhi haad hoti hai." Karthik leaves from there not wanting to loose control of what he says. "Naira, I need to take a blood test. I just called someone to collect the samples and run a complete check. I am done with feeding u electrolytes everytime after you feel dizzy. See the reports and decide what you should do." Shubam tells her and waits for a person to arive from the lab. "Di I'm sorry na. Karthik is angry and Shubam is acting like I'm some random person. Please aap toh baath kijiye." Naira cries. "You are going to be hand fed every meal hereafter. Ansh is more regular in his meals Naira." Keerti scolds her. "Karthik I'm gonna collect blood do you wanna come? Aap thoda gap dijiye." Shubam tells them and Karthik holds Naira and Ansh gets ready with water. After collecting two tubes Shubam gives some instructions and writes the prescription and gives it to the lab technician. "Eat something I'll inform at home in mean time. Everything I'm telling them everything." Karthik says and leaves and Akshara comes with some food and Ansh watches over while she eats it.
"Shubam, you are a doctor? Bataya kyun nahi beta?" Naitik asks. "Yes uncle Ob - Gyn. I forgot to mention it. Aap Naira ke baare main tension maat lijiye. There is nothing major to worry about. Her haemoglobin count is low and has low bp. This affects her menstrual cycles and gives her slight migraine. If she eats properly most of this will be solved. The fact that the only person she actually fears is Ansh is difficult. Look." Shubam points at the duo as Naira makes faces that she is full but one huff from Ansh makes her eat atleast two more spoons. They all laugh and Naksh takes pics.
"Keerti beta, Karthik seems extremely angry is he fine now?" Akshara asks. "Yes aunty. When Naira ignores her health he gets angry. Aur two weeks back bhi yeh sab hua and she still had a fast is what angered him." Keerti replies. "Maine kaha eat fruits. That's ok. Her health is important but yeh ladki bhi na." Badi daadi shakes her head. "Don't worry badi daadi, Karthik is calling maa and chachi. We'll get our revenge." Keerti laughs. "I'll call Papa and Chachu for help." Naira answers. "You are in luck my dear. I called them also and they are on my side. All the best for tomorrow." Karthik announces as he enters and leaves Naira shocked.
