Being Ashton Irwin's Sister (Calum Hood Fanfic)

chapter 8

The next day the boys had a break from writing so we all decided to go to Hyde park together and for the boys to do a bit of busking.

We arrived at the sunny park and saw a group of about 30 girls.

"Why is there so many people here?" Michael asked.

"Because you're famous dumbo," I replied. All the boys looked at me weirdly but I just shrugged. The boys were becoming more and more famous every single day and of course I'm proud of them but I'm also scared of loosing my brother and his friends, and of course Calum.
Every kiss me and Calum shared was constantly replaying in my head and I didn't ever want it to end. However, with every amazing memory of our kisses came the pure terror that Ashton would find out and either disown me or leave the band and I was terrified for both of them.

I watched from a far as the boys started setting up their instruments and talking to fans. They were always so nice to their fans and their fans were always so nice to them, they were extremely lucky. After around 10 minutes the boys started playing and I watched in amazement. They were so good at what they did and I was incredibly proud of them.

"For our last song I'd like to bring my sister up here with us to sing! She always sings in the shower and in her room and she's amazing but doesn't realise it! Come on here lauren!" Said Ash. I froze. I had no idea that Ashton heard my singing! I've liked singing for as long as I can remember but I've never sang in front of anyone before, let alone my brother, his friends and their fans!
I slowly walked towards Ashton and sat down next to him giving him a dirty look but he just smirked back.
"This is teenage dirtbag!" Said Michael.
Luke began to sing and I started shaking I was so nervous. Just before the chorus Luke signalled to me and I grabbed the mic and sang my heart out.

Before I knew it the song was over and all the fans were cheering like crazy. I looked over at my brother and he looked gobsmacked.
"Lauren I knew you could sing but not that well! You're amazing I'm so proud of you!" Ashton said as he gave me a hug.
The rest of the boys congratulated me and hugged me and Calum gave me a kiss on the cheek which made me blush.

All the fans had left and me and the guys were on our way back to our house.
"Hey you should make a YouTube channel and start posting videos lauren," suggested Michael.
"You should! That would be so cool!" Said Ashton.
"I don't know, I mean I like singing but all the hate from the Internet, I'm not sure if I could deal with that," I replied.
"I'll beat anyone up that hurts you babe," said Calum in a joking way and all the guys laughed except Ashton who just gave Calum a glare.
"Hmm.. Maybe I will, what's the worst that could happen, right?"

It's been a year I think I'm not even sure but basically I'm not really as into 5sos as I was a year a go but I still like them and I always read people's comments and I just thought I would update because  I think I now have an idea of where I want to go with this story and I just hope it doesn't disappoint anyone who's been waiting for me to upload.
