Bridgette's Point of View

I didn't move for the next few days. Everyone probably hates me now.

My class knows I'm a liar.

Master Fu knows that I'm weak and cannot keep a secret. I haven't let him in my room since the first day I came home.

Tikki will hate me if I need Lady Beetle again. I took my earrings out soon after arriving home.

Alya probably despises me now, and she was just warming up to me.

Adrien must be plotting my murder for 'replacing' his beloved Marinette.

If you haven't realized, she doesn't know that she is Marinette, she just thinks Master Fu tried to disguise her because she didn't look like he wanted her to, but she does have her suspicions about her maybe being related or something to Ladybug.

Paris probably hates me now too, Lady Beetle hasn't shown up in a while, and attacks have probably happened.

I was just starting to fit in too!

I heard a knock on my door. I knew who it was. Ever since I locked everyone out of my life, Master Fu has come knocking on my door daily. He even tried to talk through the door a few times, but I just turned on my radio loudly, not wanting to hear his disappointment and hatred directed towards me.

I reached over to turn on my radio after he knocked a second time, but the radio didn't turn on, the battery must be dead.

This was just perfect.

"Bridgette," Master Fu called through the door. "I'm not upset or mad at you, please open the door." I didn't move. "Please, it was a mistake sending you to school and giving you the miraculous this early, I should have homeschooled you here and let you be yourself, no disguises." I heard a sigh. "Please, Marin- Bridgette." That caused me to get up and start slowly walking to the door.

"Do you also think that I'm like Marinette!" I continuously crept forward, the anger from everything bursting inside me. "Because everyone else does! Does it really seem like I'm trying to replace her, because I'm not! I'm just being myself, and apparently nobody likes who I am!"

I was now at the door, which was so thin that I could hear his breathing. After a minute of silence, he spoke. "I feel that it is time to tell you something that I should have told you a long time ago, but I cannot say what I'm about to say to a door, so can you please let me in." I stood there, fear finding a place in my chest. He would be mad at me. But curiosity took over and I slowly clicked my door lock so it was unlocked. I turned the knob even slower and pulled the door open at the same speed. "Hello." He said once he saw my face.

I turned around and headed towards my bed, plopping down on its soft covers when I made it there.

"What is it you wanted to tell me?"

Sorry for the filler chapter, I mean, the most important things in here was the few words that made up the Authors Note. 😂 Next chapter I'm debating to tell what Master Fu tells Bridgette or do an Adriens Point of View, where you find out how he's dealing with his newfound information about the girl he loves, and how he deals with the fact that he was physically hurting her.

Huh, I always thought that they were placed randomly.

I just started watching Riverdale, and I think I'm somewhere around episode 7 in season 1, and I like it so far! I saw a few comments about it, and just wanted to say that I'm hoping to get the references soon!
