GENRE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2018
As we want to end one year of The Lunar Awards with a bang, all genres are accepted. The competition will be intense, but so will be the joy when you win.
The judging will focus on the areas presented in the 'judging-guidelines' chapter.
Previous winners (top three in the genres awards of any month or the specialty awards) can't put forward their winning book. However, they can nominate any other book written by them as long as it fulfills the guidelines.
Here's a quick recap:
1. Please follow the rules as long as you're entering the awards. Read the chapter titled 'rules' for further details. Otherwise, your nomination might get rejected.
2. Once your book has been accepted, a message will be left saying 'Welcome to the Awards.'
3. No limit on the number of entries. Deadline closes on the 10th of the month, 11:59 PM GMT.
4. The shortlist will be put up on the 15th of that month with the top 10 books. Only the shortlisted contestants have to comment 2+ lines on the previous month's winner's book and tag @TLAwards.
5. Since these awards are meant for undiscovered authors, only books below 30k reads are allowed to participate.
