Ky's POV

I adjusted to school pretty damn good over the next few weeks if you ask me. The material we studied wasn't too difficult (except math, bleh) and I hung out with almost everyone from the BTT to the Axis to Russia to Arthur and Al. After being quizzed for languages, Kat figured putting me in a language class wasn't the best idea so she let me pick any other extra class.

I chose gardening and, to my joy, Russia and China were both in my class! After school was filled with random activities like hanging out in the gardens or playing not-so-serious-actually-very-serious sports games.

Today, the BTT and I were laying outside under a couple of large trees, with Nalu prancing through the leaves like there's no tomorrow. It was that time of the year when the leaves were beginning to change color and fall.

"A dance?" I asked, chewing a gummy worm while twirling a red leaf between two fingers.

"Ja, ve have vone every year for Halloween." Prussia said.

"It iz very entertaining, everyone dresses up and zhey 'ave music and food." France smiled from my right side.

"That does sound fun." I agreed. "By the way, where's Spain?"

"HOLA AMIGOS!!" Spain yelled falling behind us from who the hell knows where.

We yelped as leaves went flying in every direction. "Oh god, Spain!" I laughed, clutching my racing heart.

"Si?" he asked, sprawled on the leafy ground.

"Weirdo." I said throwing an arm load of leaves over him.

"Lets bury him!" Prussia said suddenly. He took armfuls of leaves until every inch of his body was covered.

"And here lies Spain, may he rest in peace and churros." I joked.

"You forgot tomatoes." Antonio added.

I slapped his arm playfully. "So, vhat are you going to wear to zhe dance?" Francis asked.

"I have to go?" I blinked.

"Ja! Vhy vouldn't jou?!" Prussia asked, shaking my shoulders.

"Because I don't have a costume." I laughed. "And I don't know how to dance."

"Dancing is easy chica." Toni said, digging himself out of his leaf grave.

"Oui, and for zhe costume, ve can take you Halloween shopping tomorrow after school~" France offered.

"Sure, sounds fun. Oh, and Gil? We should get some work done on our bio project." I turned to him.

"Ugh, vork iz unawesome!" he groaned.

"We coulda been caught up like everyone else if SOMEONE had decided not to eat the expired wurst in the kitchen fridge!" I stood up. "We'll catch you guys later!" I waved at Francis and Toni before scooping up Nalu and pulling Gil along behind me.

We walked into the school's library, where I quickly found us seats near a back table. "Okay, since our long-term project is on animal behavior, I think we shoul- PRUSSIA!"

Prussia had somehow disappeared from my side and was now sitting at a computer desk, playing some random ass game.

"HAHAHA! NOVONE CAN DEFEAT ZHE GREAT PRUSSIA! SUCK IT LOSERS!" he boasted loudly.

"How about shut it loser!" I scolded, hitting him in the back of the head.

"Vhat vas zhat for, frau?" he groaned, rubbing the sore spot.

"That was for leaving when we gotta get started on the project." I crossed my arms.

"Fiiiiiiine." he huffed.
