The pantry door was swung open, to reveal a smiling Dillon. Avery groaned as he was pulled out by his wrist.
"Found ya." Dillon said teasingly as he lead his boyfriend to the couch. The two sat down next to each other, Dillon looking into Avery's eyes.
"Why are you hiding from me? Did I do something wrong?" He asked, looking down.
"No, no! It's nothing that you did. I'm just...scared, okay? All of my relationships were either fake or ended in heartbreak. And...I just can't go through it again." Avery rambled out. Dillon took his hands in his, staring passionately into his eyes.
"I know we've only been together for a couple weeks, but you are the most sweet, charming, and attractive boyfriend I've ever had. C'mere..." he softly replied, bringing him in for a hug. When the two pulled away, something sparked between them, and they came back in. Their lips collided, and Avery felt the sincerity and pure passion in the kiss, losing all feelings of anxiety, and just giving in. After nearly ten seconds they pulled back, smiling eagerly at each other.
"Hey, I think that was our first kiss..." Dillon mused happily. Avery let out a small chuckle.
"I think you're right." He replied. Several thoughts rushed through his head, but one pushed its way up into his head and then out through his tingling lips. "I think I love you..." he mumbled. "I love you, Dill Pickle." He stated simply, grinning wider than before.
Dillon just smiled back, tackling the younger boy onto his back on the couch. He planted another kiss on his cheek.
"I love you, too..." He whispered. They laid there for a good long while, before Dillon said something else.
"I always knew you were a softie boy." He teased, earning a small shove.
"Oh, like you're so much harder than me." He retorted.
"Oh, I am..." Dillon smirked.
"...oh my GOD no!" Avery cringed, and the room filled with laughter. Avery rolled his eyes, grinned once more, and joined in.
