Daniel's POV
Lyn had come to help with the preparations few hours before the major event. It was really nice of her, especially when we did not communicate much after that visit.
I felt a bit moved; I could witness my dream right in front of my eyes. Today, everything looked like the happiest on Earth.
However I had to owe this success to Kathlyn.
If she hadn't supported me when I was on the verge of giving up, I guess I would not be here today.
"Part of the merits should definitely be attributed to my girl, my friend, the one who stood by my side during my harsh dark times," I announced to the audience, presenting Lyn to the latter.
After this tremendous but tiring day, Lyn and I decided to throw a little party only between the two of us.
We planned late night snacks and drinks before sitting in the usual couch, in front of a nice Saturday Night movie.
We never got fully drunk before which was actually the wisest decision.
I feared the worst after drinking.
Maybe, my nightmares came to life.
A not so bad nightmare though.
