She layed on the bed, looking up at the ceiling of Kali's Motel.

It was odd, much like most of her life up to this point. It had been a week since to crazy town incident, they were staying in New Jersey.

Her head still thumped in pain, and it was nearly impossible to sleep.

So she stayed up, letting her mind roam.

"Are you sure you don't want to go?" Finn asked for the tenth time, pacing around the room.

Millie nodded slightly, not really looking at him. "I said no, if we went to the hospital they'd ask for personal information, they'd also mark that we were there. It's a risk. What did we say about risks?" She responded.

Finn sat besides her, still worried "They're stupid, and we're not stupid." He recited, she had said that a few times since they had gotten to the motel.

Millie nodded, smiling at him.

"You know, we've been fighting and running for so long, i think we need a break. I don't remember the last time i've had any fun." He commented, nudging Millie.

She sat upright, putting her arms around his neck and pulling him closer to her. Her head leaning onto his, Finn stayed still, not wanting to ruin the moment.

She stayed like that for awhile, knowing he had a point. "I'd rather stay, but there's a nice bar resteraunt across the street. We can go there." She mumbled

Finn nodded, "We should go then," he suggested, but he made no effort to move from their current position.

However, Millie had gotten up, heading to the corner of the room to put on her shoes.

She grabbed their bags, catching Finn offguard.

"Aw c'mon! I was enjoying that!" He complained

Millie stuck her tongue out, rolling her eyes. "Yeah so was i, it's like we're some undercover couple. But lets go have fun." She said.

"Why are you taking everything then? We're suppose to stay another day." He asked

Millie shrugged, "After what happened in Michigan, i'm not taking any fucking chances."

Finn laughed, helping her with the bags.

"Ok but look, i can balance two glass bottles on my head." Finn informed, reaching for the cups as they sat by the bartender station on two stools.

Millie slapped his hand away, "Oh gosh please don't try that-" she warned

Finn scoffed, "You didn't even let me try, such a party pooper." He teased

Millie grinned, " Oh wow such an insult. You didn't even let me finish. Don't try that because....I'M DOING IT FIRST, WATCH AND LEARN BE-OTCH." she exclaimed, but before Millie could do anything the barista appeared.

She looked like she was in her early twenties, her brown short hair bouncing with every step.
She looked abit confused, afterall Millie was basically leaning over the counter, but she smiled. "What can i get you both?" She asked

"Um, give us both three shots of tequila, and a cup of rum. Add some whiskey to that, don't forget the olives." Millie ordered

The pretty barista chuckled. "Heavy drinker aren't you?" She asked, taking out some glass cups and pulling aside the bottles of alcohol.

"What can i say, Natalia, i like it so strong it could benchpress me." Millie retorted, reading her name tag.
"I hope that's ok with you?" She asked, turning to Finn who was next to her.
