Hey, I'm so sorry for the late update, it's been so long, I know! But I've been working a lot recently through the summer holidays and I've just been so behind on everything!

*****

Andy 🌵-
"My parents aren't that bad, I promise!" I smiled reassuringly as Andy nodded in reply slightly, a small smile on his face as he followed me through the front door of my parents house.

"I'm home!" I called out before hearing a muffled reply and hurried footsteps rushing to meet us.

"Y/N!" My mum grinned and pulled me into a tight hug before she turned to look at Andy, shaking his hand politely.

"You must be Andy." She stated in a slightly quieter tone, causing me to frown slightly.

"Your father is away on a business trip so he wont be here tonight." My mum smiled slightly before walking back towards the kitchen as we followed behind.

**
"I'm gonna go to the bathroom." Andy smiled at me before heading upstairs as I turned to my mum, who was looking at me with a frown.

"What were you thinking?" My mum hissed quietly with a scowl.

"What?" I asked, confusion laced in my tone.

"A boyband member? Really Y/N? I thought I raised you to have better judgement than that." She muttered with a look of disappointment in her face.

"What's wrong with Andy? He's amazing." I replied with furrowed brows, not quite understanding what my mother was saying.

"Y/N, come on. You don't really think he's going to be able to support you, provide for you and love you while chasing some aimless dream do you?" She looked at me with pity, like I was a clueless child that couldn't make the right decisions even if I tried.

"Yes of course I do! The boys are doing amazing, they're improving so much and they've come so far. And no matter what happens he always puts me first. He loves me and that's all I need to know." I snapped defensively, a cold gaze fixed onto my mum before I turned to see Andy stood at the bottom of the stairs, a hurt look crossing his features.

"Thank you for having me over Mrs
Y/L/N." He forced a small smile as my mum stood shocked before I took his hand, sending my mum a betrayed look before leading him outside.

"Thank you." He finally spoke up after minutes of silence, turning to look at me.

"For what?" I met his gaze with a slight frown.

"For defending me like that. You didn't have to." He smiled slightly before pulling me into his arms.

"I love you." I whispered gently, burying my head into the crook of his neck.

"I love you too." He whispered in reply.

Mikey 👾 -

"So you're a singer, right?" My dad asked with interest, staring at Mikey with an intense look.

"Yes, Sir. I'm in a band called Roadtrip." He nodded in reply and I reached across, taking his hand in my own and squeezing it reassuringly causing him to smile at me gently.

"And how often do you tour?" My dad asked him, leaning back in his chair.

"Well we were on tour at the start of the year and we've recently finished our summer tour." Mikey replied as my dad nodded slightly, my mum walking in and taking a seat beside him.

"And how exactly do you plan to be in a stable relationship with my daughter if you're never around?" My dad frowned as my eyes widened at his question.

"Dad!" I hissed as a warning, only for him to shrug me off, my mum glancing around awkwardly.

"Well?" My dad pushed as I glared at him, Mikey shifting uncomfortably.

"Sir, although I love my job and it's really important to me, Y/N means the world to me, I'll always make time for her and I'll always be there for her." Mikey replied seriously, his words causing me to smile gently and squeeze his hand.
My dad nodded slightly in response and sighing before looking away in thought, a triumphant smile crossing my features as I saw my dad struggle for ways to embarrass Mikey.
Truthfully, my dad never fully trusted Mikey, but Mikey always found new ways to prove how much our relationship meant to him, and so my father could only be grateful for the happiness I had with Mikey.

Harvey🎶-

"Hey!" I grinned as the door opened, my parents greeting me happily.

"Welcome home!" They grinned and pulled me into a hug before I pulled away.

"This is my boyfriend Harvey." I introduced him as he stepped forward with a smile.

"It's great to meet you!" He grinned and held out his hand, my dad shaking it with a smile before my mum joined in, rushing us inside.

"So what do you do for a living, Harvey?" My mum asked with an interested gaze.

"I'm a singer." Harvey replies with a proud smile, causing me to smile too until I looked across and noticed the knowing look my parents were sharing.

"And what's your main job, you know, besides your gigs and stuff?" My dad questioned, leaning forward in his seat as Harvey's confidence was rapidly disappearing him, causing him to shift in his seat slightly.

"Singing is my main job, Sir. I've been touring a lot recently and so I don't really have time for a job." Harvey explained calmly, fidgeting slightly under my fathers gaze.

"If you don't have time for a main job, how do you expect to have time for my daughter?" Dad questioned with a frown, my mum nodding in agreement with him.

"Guys-.." I tried to cut in but Harvey squeezed my hand gently with a small smile.

"I can promise you as well as her that I'll always have time for Y/N. She's my number one priority, always will be. No matter how big my music gets she'll always be more important to me." He answered confidently, my mum smiling slightly, happy with his reply as my dad considered his words carefully before looking him up and down.

"And if you're singing career fails? How will you provide for her and your future family? You won't be able to because you've been chasing a dream that's not real. I'm sorry, you seem like a nice kid, but your relationship is not realistic." My father shrugged.

"Dad!" I stared at him wide eyed with betrayal at his words, but he continued to ignore my gaze, standing up and leaving the room.

"I'm sorry." My mum muttered with a sigh before running after him. I sat in shock, not moving an inch before Harvey finally broke the silence.

"You know I'll never let you down, right?" He mumbled and looked at me with a sad gaze, causing my heart to sink.

"Of course I do." I replied confidently.

"I love you. More than anything." He smiled gently.

"I love you too." I whispered and leaned over, pressing my lips to his gently before pulling him with me as we headed back home.
