I wake up to my alarm blaring, and I immediately jump and roll over, hitting the snooze button just to quiet the damn thing. It's not my usual soothing wake up sound, it's the actual blaring alarm option, just because Harry and I have to go to court today and I need to actually get up.
I barely slept at all last night, and when I actually did sleep, it felt like 5 fucking minutes before my alarm went off. I close my eyes again angrily, not even nervous anymore, just plain mad that I couldn't sleep. Harry grabs for me, pulling me back closer to him as he mumbles something under his breath, obviously fully asleep.
I play with the hem of his t-shirt, enjoying another minute or two of sleep before we have to get up. He's actually sleeping in a a long sleeved white shirt right now, because his apartment is insanely cold and the thermostat is broken again. Just another thing to worry about. At least he looks adorable.
I can't explain how physically and mentally exhausted I am from work, being stressed, prepping for court, and dealing with everyday things. I've been barely finding any time to shower, eat, and spend time with H. Harry and I both have been so busy, honestly especially Harry with all of his rehearsals and interviews, and it's draining. I have a feeling everything will hopefully calm down after today, though.
After a minute I reach over and turn off my alarm clock, and then roll back over to wake Harry up. I rub his arm up and down, gently shaking him. His eyes flutter open, searching until they find me.
"Good morning," I whisper, heart pounding out of my chest at the sight of Harry looking all cute and sleepy. He has stubble running up his neck and along his chin, a small smile on his face once he sees me.
"Mmm morning," He croaks back, leaning forward to press a light kiss to my forehead.
It's quiet for a second, Harry's lips lingering against my forehead for a minute. "Sleep well?" He pulls back, leaning on his side to face me.
"I actually couldn't sleep all night, and when I finally did fall asleep, it felt like 5 minutes before my alarm started blaring," I sigh, and he pouts his lips.
He reaches his arm out, placing his hand on my waist, pulling me close. He gives a kiss to my cheek, and another to my nose. "I'm sorry baby. Please don't be too scared, I promise everything will be alright," he whispers.
I nod, smiling softly at him. "Okay. Thank you," I say quietly. I kiss his cheek, resting my head in the crook of his neck. He rubs his hand on my side and back, comforting me without me even having to ask him too. He's just good like that.
I pull back after a minute, knowing we both have to get ready. I groan once I sit up, feeling an all too familiar deep pain in my side. Of fucking course.
"What's wrong, Av?" Harry holds his hand out, grasping my hand as I clutch my side with my other. I groan some more, closing my eyes.
"I think I just got my period," I sigh, and Harry now sits up, frown on his face.
"Anything I can do for you? Do you want me to run and get some meds?" He asks kindly, and I shake my head.
"No, we have some in the medicine cabinet," I say, standing up and stretching. "But thank you though."
He nods, and I quickly go change to the bathroom, grabbing a tampon from under Harry's sink. I keep stuff here just in case, and since I'm here all the time.
Harry comes back into the bathroom once I'm all set, both of us brushing our teeth.
"So we have to leave here by 9, what time is it now?" I ask, trying not to stress myself out too much.
