Chapter 35

VICTORIA POV

Its Friday morning and am thanking my lord, its almost weekend, I take a  long bath since I wake up early, when am done I decide to actually take my time to get ready today for absolutely no reason,

I blow dry my hair and straighten it, I apply a quick makeup powder along with peach coloured eye shadow with a simple wing eyeliner along with blush and a simple deep pink coloured lipstick,

I don't mean to brag but damn I look good, I grab my uniform wearing the white button up and folding the hands along with my skirt of course I don't tuck it in, I wear my white sandals and my watch also, I look to the clock and see its just, 6:00 by the side of my clock is the woven bracelet I bought yesterday, I grab it to put it on but I drop it back, nah I grab my book bag and rush down the stairs to the kitchen where my dad and Mr Chesterfield are in a discussion.
Good morning daddy I peck his cheek

Hey tori he raise an eyebrow at me, you're up early

I smile oh I know

You're still not getting your keys, he confirms my suspicions

I pout but

No buts you can take your mother up on that

I nod and turn around to the living room where mum is coming down wrapped in a robe a cup of coffee in hand

Hey mummy

She groans, you're not getting them till next week just give up

Oh God, but what am I supposed to do, I watch  as she climbs down the stairs and walk up to me

Go get a Job, she cackles walking up to dad pecking his lips before disappearing into the kitchen

I frown but am the dragon here and and and I'll get a boyfriend

Dad rolls his eyes, not gonna work you're 18

And you could get a boyfriend for all I care, don't just come up to this house knocked up, mum says coming out of the kitchen

I roll my eyes, don't worry I'll find a way to school myself and someone should wake Jake up or else he's gonna be late, I cackle cause trust me no one wakes up Jake anymore since he figured out he was a wolf

Mom frowns, wake him up and I'll give you your car keys just for tomorrow your carnival day

Hmmmmm, deal, I climb up the stairs and get to Jake's room I gulp when I pass the twins room painted yellow i hear them arguing.

I reach his door which is painted black and I gulp, I know what you're thinking why are you scared of a 15 almost 16 year old boy but seriously like I said Jake has always been the odd quiet creepy child, he's the worst of worst, the last time I entered his room he was obsessed with zombies and his whole room was decked out as a trap to anyone who enters, this time I don't know what he's obsessed with so am pretty scared

I roll my eyes shut up talon, okay tori you can do this just knock and get this over with, I knock once twice and no answer, I tap the door louder this time and the door opens like those doors in hunted houses, I shudder the room is painted black and the bed is also black with a little dark blue, I look to the walls and I see all sort of horns hung up on the wall, his carpet is the only thing with a different colour its a white fur, probably real, his table at the far end is empty with just his bag on top his uniform is hung on his closet door ironed and straight, he stirs on the bed before growling lowly

okay not normal, uhm Jake I whisper trying not to enter the room,but nothing
Ugh uh Jake I say louder this time, he stirs then growls a little, but doesn't wake up,

I groan and try to move into the room when I hear a siren, then a net falls on me, Jake wakes up on all fours and face me his eyes wild his normal blue eyes are grey and dangerous, his fangs popping out
Okay, wolf boy its just me and get this thing of me, I gulp looking at him hoping he would stop, he growls for a while staring at me, cocking his head to the side, he sighs, and his face return to his normal face, he runs his hand through his hair

Sorry he mumbles I've been having this stupid nightmares he stands up removing the net from my body

Uh uh I nod around the room I don't see why

He chuckles its not that trust me

Well what are the nightmares about?

He shook his head, its nothing to worry about, just something silly

I raise a brow, you can tell me if you want to all you have to do is open your mouth like this I open up my mouth and talk and i giggle

He punch me softly on my shoulder, trust me you would be the first person I would tell if it gets too much

Okay buddy, get dressed cause you have school and am about to head out

Hey wait, do you know what dad and mom are giving me tomorrow for my birthday

I laugh, I think so but am not telling you, its gonna be a surprise

Idiot he flips me off

Oh you love me, I giggle before running down the stairs, where I see mum and dad talking to Mr Chesterfield, am gonna go now, I grab a pair of toast from the table along with an apple

You should eat more Child, Mr Chesterfield says frowning at me

I pout don't worry, I'll eat the whole fridge when I get back for now, am late, I head outside, I walk down the long drive way if I've said this before who the hell decided a long driveway was a good idea, I walk out the gate, getting into a cab, the drive takes precisely 30minutes as per usual.

I walk up to the gates when I spot Zania and Eze outside feeding each other chips, I chuckle, getting closer to them, hey love birds

Tori when did you get back Eze questions me

Yesterday, hey guys I need to tell you guys something after school today its extremely important and I swear it will explain everything going on with me I point to myself

Zania nods, I actually wanted to beat it out of you but I guess this would work

I laugh where is Cassie?

She's with that Diana chick planning the carnival, we got free hours today after lunch just us Seniors

So extra hours for you both to get up to your frickle frackle

Eze rolls his eyes, we don't have sex that much

Zania rolls her eyes, oh yea that much

I laugh well I have class the bell rings, I watch as Jake comes in running through the gate to me hey man what is it?

We have a big problem his eyes are wild

What? I frown

He bits his lips, I caught-" he holds his breath

"Well talk I urge him to continue

He bit his lips, this is gonna give you a heart attack he pulls me aside to make sure no one hears us

What is it damn it, is someone dead did Mr king wake up
