I walked back over to the coffee shop's counter while Chris was getting to work on writing the script on his Laptop. My friend walked next to me and said. "So admit it, Chris is nice. And obviously handsome. I saw the way he was looking at you, (y/n) I can't believe he asked you out. You have got to be the luckiest girl there is. I am happy for you." "Well, I didn't say that he was. And thanks I am just as surprised myself. I mean have you seen the girls he's dated before? Actresses and model's. I wouldn't have been able to pass that up." I said to my friend smiling. "Yeah but those women were fake and used him for publicity. That means you have the chance. Go for it. You did say you have a major crush on him." My friend admits. "Alright, I will. Let's get back to work shall we?" I say still smiling as I look over to Chris.

Scott and his closest friend Becky came into the shop and decided to sit next to me. "She must have been pretty young when she opened this place, huh?" I said to Scott and Becky. "Nineteen." Becky said. "Wow, that's impressive." I said looking up at her. "Yeah. She is." Scott said. "Not to mention smart, funny, beautiful." Scott said to me trying to get me into her a little more than I already am. "Yeah, not to mention those." Becky says sarcasticly at Scott. Becky is pretty protective of her roomate (y/n) and doesn't want her to get hurt again. But of course I would never hurt such a beautiful girl like her.

After work was over and I was walking home I bumped into Mr. Conner and decided to talk to him about the foreclosure of the coffee shop and see if we can do anything about it. "Mr. Conner!" I said walking up to him. "Hey, (y/n), how are you?" He said giving me a hug as I hugged him back. "Good." I said as we both released our grip from the hug. "Good to see ya." He said. "Listen. I'm sorry to hear about your health issues." I said to him. "I had no idea." "I'll be fine." He reassured me. "Yeah, selling the bank is not something I really wanted to do, but, it's you know, it's what's best for my family right now." He told me. "I've heard the new owners are being a little more aggressive in certain areas than I was." "Yeah. Frank Miller told me they're foreclosing next month." I told him to let him know about the foreclosure of the coffee shop. "Oh no, (y/n)." He says with a sigh and shakes his head. "I didn't think they'd do that to you." "Is there anything that can be done?" I ask him. "Well, they're not going to listen to me, if that's what you're asking." He says feeling bad about the foreclosure. "I'm really sorry." He said giving me a pat on the shoulder seeing that I feel upset about the foreclosure. "Thanks." I told him. And we both walked off.

That afternoon at the coffee shop I finally found the inspiration to write a few pages of the script. So far it's been sounding pretty good. Scott was right after all (y/cs/n) was absolutely the best place to write and gain some inspiration for the script. I decided to take a break when a customer I knew, Max, came in. We started playing some chess when (y/n) came by my side with Eli and a friend of (y/n) as they too were on break. "Well, it looks like you're getting a lot of writing done here." I said to him sarcastically with my hands on my hips. "I've done a few pages." I said chuckling. "Don't you know pleasure in the job put's perfection in work?" I said looking up at her with a smile. "Well said." Max looks up at me and smiles. "Did you write that?" Eli asks me. "You are good." Eli says to me as I chuckle. "Thanks, but I am that Aristotle has beat me on that one." I said jokingly as I continue to play chess with Max. "So do you think you're going to be a while, Chris?" (Y/n) friend said. "I mean we don't have all the conveniences of a famous actor here, but,..." "Cities are overrated." (Y/n) and I say at the same time. I looked up with her in shock and awe. "Exactly." We both say at the same time again. "Um, I feel like I can think here." I said. "Check." Max said still playing our little game of chess as I look back at him focusing my attention back to the game. "Well, it's good that you're going to write something new soon." (Y/n) said to me in encouragement. "I'm sure Aristotle will be relieved to have his quotes back." She says jokingly as she smiles at me and I look at her smiling back. "Is everything good for tonight, guys?" (Y/n) asks Eli and her friend. "Yeah, I picked up the fliers this morning." (Y/n) friend said. "What's happening tonight?" I asked. "You should come by and see for yourself." (Y/n) said. "Maybe I will." I said to her back and moved a chess piece on the board and said to Max. "Checkmate." And Max looks up at me with disbelief that I won. I look at him smiling at my pride. "And bring your wallet." (Y/n) said to me as she walked off smiling.
