Loki X Reader

The Next Day

Loki and I fell asleep. I stayed on my side the entire night and he was a gentleman as he stayed on his. I woke up the next morning to find him no longer in bed. I got up and put my robe on and my slippers. I walk upstairs and started to smell something good. I opened the door at the top of the stairs and walked into the kitchen. Loki was making breakfast. He looked like he just got out of the shower. His hair was still damp and he had on his dress pants. Still shirtless. I caught myself staring at his body again. "Good morning (Y/N) you must be hungry." He said with his musky morning voice. I quickly looked up at him hoping he didn't catch me staring. I nodded and walked over to the fridge to get us drinks. I poured us each a glass of orange juice. He made the plates and we both sat down together. 

After breakfast was over and cleaned, we went into separate rooms to get ready. Loki had a similar suit on as he had on the day before. I knew he had something special planned for today so I wanted to dress nice. I haven't really went out in a long time, so I kind of had to remember how to look nice. I had my hair in curls and put up, make up and nails done. I slipped on a tight fitting black night dress with classic black strapped heals. I made my way back up stairs and met him in the kitchen. he just gave me that look as if your prom date hasn't seen you dolled up before. "You look stunning (Y/N)" Loki said in awe. I just stood there and smiled. He walked towards me and held out his hand. I gently laid my hand in his and he softly and slowly turned me around to get a good look. "I can't get over how beautiful you look" he said as I finally stopped to face him. "Shall we?" I smiled more and laid my hand in his arm walking with him to his car. 

I thought he was bringing his car but instead he had a short limo. He opened the door for me and I got in. He closed the door and got in on the other side. We started to head out on our journey. I didn't know where he was taking me, but I knew he wanted to make this day special. He wanted to tell me something important. I guess it had to mean a lot to him if he's going out of his way to plan this day around it. I looked over at him and gave him a smile and looked down at my hands, then I looked out the window. I couldn't tell where we were for a moment then I realized where we were going. We are going into Baltimore City. I looked back down at my hands and had a little flash back to when I met Loki there. "(Y/N) we are here" Loki said. I looked up and we are in the city parked in front of a restaurant. The driver got out to let Loki out then  the driver opened my door and helped me out of the limo. I walked up to Loki and walked close to him. It seems like the people who were passing were staring at me. It made me nervous. What if my make up looks bad. Am i missing a shoe? I looked down to check. "Are you okay (Y/N)" I heard Loki ask. "ye- yes i'm okay" I held his arm tighter. 

Eventually we made it to our table and dined. Asher never really took me anywhere fancy. Not that he couldn't afford it, it's just he would always make a scene with the workers. So instead we just went to the movies or something. Loki and I talked for a while and had dinner. I think we talked about everything under the sun. I started to run out of things to talk about. We laughed and joked. Once we were finished at the restaurant, we walked around the harbor till the sun set. "Hey Loki can we sit for a second. Not really used to walking in heals anymore" I said to him pointing to a bench near by. "Of course darling" he said as we walked closer to the benches. He helped me sit down and he went to kneel in front of me. He gently unstrapped my heals and took them off of me. I couldn't help but to blush. He sat down next to me and sat my heals next to him. 

We sat on the bench till it got dark. It started to get a little chilly. He looked over at me and noticed I was shaking a little. He took his coat off and laid it around my shoulders. I moved closer to him and rested my head on his shoulder while holding his arm. He sat there in silence while watching other people walking around watching the birds pick up bread crumbs the lady on the bench a couple benches down were throwing out for them. It got silent for a second. Then I started to focus on the sounds around me. Taps of heals on the concrete of the people walking around, low muttering voices coming from a small cafe, and a jazz band playing soft music next to the water not far from us. Loki noticed them playing too. He stood up and gestured a hand. "(Y/N) may I have this dance?" he asked as I laid my hand in his. I stood up and he swooped me off my feet and carried me bridal style closer to where the band was playing. He sat down my heals and stood me up on my feet. He picked me up making me stand on his shoes so my feet wouldn't get dirty. I moved my feet with his and he started to slow dance. Then moments later a crowed came over. Some sat and watched, some came to dance with us. The band got louder as they noticed too that people were enjoying their music. 

"(Y/N)?" Loki whispered in my ear. I looked at him and smiled. "Yes Loki?" I answered him. I noticed the beat to the song was one of my favorite songs from George Michael. 

Did he do this? or was it coincidence? Loki looked at me for a moment as we continued to dance. He gave me a light spin and put me back on his feet. We both smiled. "I love you (Y/N)" he told me.  I stood there in awe. His eyes glistened with the street lights. Then I gave him a light kiss. "I love you too Loki" I whispered to him. We danced to the rest of the song and applauded the band. I sat down to put my shoes on. Loki helped me. I watched the crowed dance. We stood up and made our way to the limo. 

Before Loki got in, he told the driver something. I didn't want to ease drop so I just looked out of the window. Loki hopped in and shut the door. He looked over at me and smiled while rubbing his knees. I had fun (Y/N) thank you for making this an enjoyable night". "No thank you Loki" I kissed him on his cheek. He looked back up at me and moved a little closer. I felt butterflies in my stomach. At this moment I wanted to do so much more with him. I leaned in too and we kissed. As we did, Loki put his hands on my cheeks curling his fingers around the back of my neck. He kissed me more deeply and passionately. I felt the area around us get hotter. The windows started to fog. As we continued to kiss, I tried to take his coat off of me. He helped me as our lips were still locked. We got the coat off and he put his hands on my hip. Suddenly he moved me into his lap. I heard the radio turn on it was the perfect song for what i was thinking.
