A Day Without Loki

I came down from the tree house and decided to wonder around. Everyone was walking around while carrying something. They never stop working here. "(Y/N)" I heard someone call my name. I looked around and I didn't notice anyone needing me. "(Y/N)" I heard my name being called again. I turned around and saw a slender figure walking towards me. "Mother?" I asked the figure. "Yes" She said as she stood a couple feet away from me. "How are you? Did you sleep well?" She asked. "I'm okay". I shrugged. That was all I could say at the moment. "Did you need me for something?" I asked her. "Nothing my dear. I just wanted to see if you are okay, and if you need anything, hold this crystal in your hand and close your eyes and I will be there" Mother said to me while holding a crystal necklace. I looked at her then down at the necklace. I slowly reached for it, and then I held it in my hand for a moment. "What does it do?" I asked Mother Nature. "It will allow me to know where you are, but only when you hold it" she reassured me. I thanked her and put it on. "Beautiful" she said as she moved a strand of hair behind my ear. I smiled and thanked her.

I continued on my journey to find something to do. Maybe collect a few things to make something for Loki when he comes back. For now, I was just enjoying my walk. Suddenly I came across a path that leads me to a river. I followed it till the sounds of the water crashing on sure became louder. When I eventually arrived, I stood there in awe. I couldn't believe something could be so beautiful. The sun was shining perfectly through the trees onto the water making it sparkle with every ripple the water made. I walked over to a log and sat there for a while, alone and at peace.

I started to think about Loki and how wonderful it would be if he was here with me. Then my thoughts became a little darker as I began to worry about where he may be or if he's hurt and I wouldn't be able to know. I tried to shake those thoughts out of my head. I know Loki. He will be okay. I looked at the water again to forget about those thoughts. When I looked around, I noticed a small boat tied to a tree. I got up and slowly walked over to it. It looked like it was just used. I looked around the small boat to see if anyone was still using it. "Hello?" I called out. No answer. I untied the boat from the tree and got in. There was a paddle in the boat, so I pushed myself away from shore. I paddled until the water was calm enough to stay still. I sat the paddle next to me and I leaned back in the boat and eventually lied down. For a while, I watched and listened to the world around me as the day went by. Birds flying by, water softly splashing against the boat, the leaves on the trees dancing in the warm breeze. Nothing could be more relaxing than this. Time goes by and I finally decided to finish my walk. I paddled the boat back to where I was. I got out and tied the boat back to the tree and continued on to my adventure.

I collected some flowers and material to make a vase. I carried my things back to the village and up to the tree house. I sat my things down and organized them. I sat there and thought for a moment and finally got an idea. I made the vase out of dirt and other things I could find, and then I cut the flowers as the vase dried. Once everything was put together, I stepped back and admired my piece of art. Yes, it may look like a kid made it, but I know Loki will still love it. I picked up the flowers and sat it on the table next to the bed.

I couldn't help this feeling that Loki may be introuble. I closed my eyes and tried to send him some sort of signal. "Loki, I don'tknow if you can hear me, but I just want to say I love you and I hope you areokay". Something isn't right. There's a piece of me missing, like he isn't....there.
