Where Am I?

Loki made a turn down a very narrow trail through the trees.  He slowly rode around them, then we came across some water. He drove through it, and now we ended in a swamp. Loki stopped the bike in the water and he put the kickstand down, not caring that the water came up to his shins. He carefully got off the bike and picked me up bridal style, he then kicked the bike over into the water. I held onto him tightly.

     "Do not worry (Y/N)

"Do not worry (Y/N). You are safe now" he said calmly walking through the water. I smiled slightly and laid my head on his shoulder. "Where are you taking me Loki?" He continued walking. He sat me down on a dry patch in front of a curtain of vines. "You will be safe here (Y/N). I promise. You will stay here while I go take care of something." He opened the curtain and I couldn't believe in what I was seeing. It was like something from a Disney movie.

He opened the vines and it was like walking into another world. Trees were in different colors of fall. You could even smell that decaying smell of the leaves. Creatures of all sorts were running around. Little rock trolls, fairies in different colors, and other living beings. It was a beautiful sight to witness. Though why did Loki bring me here? We walked in further and the vines closed together as if no one knew this place existed.

A baby troll came up to me and held my hand. More ran past us giggling chasing the fairies. I picked up the baby troll and carried him while I walked next to Loki. Looking around more, it got even more amazing. Tree houses were everywhere, connected by bridges. It was like a city. Tree houses for miles and miles. I sat down the little troll and smiled. Loki took my hand and smiled. "There is someone I want you to meet."

It felt like we walked for miles. We finally arrived at this big beautiful willow tree. Fireflies glimmered in the branches making it look like a Christmas tree. We walked underneath and the roots were big enough to become steps. We walked up to the trunk of the tree and it looks as if there was a chair built out of the roots with flowers around it. There was someone standing next to it talking to other fairies.

Loki knelt down in front of what seems like the throne. I looked at him and I curtsied. "Loki" a woman's voice said softly. He stood up and kissed the back of the woman's hand. "Why have you come? Is everything okay?" she asked. "Mother-" Loki said. Mother? I thought... "Mother, I have someone special to me here. She is in grave danger-" "Say no more my child. She may stay" the woman interrupted Loki kindly. "Thank you" Loki knelt again and I curtsied.

"Who was that?" I asked Loki. "Mother Nature. She is the ruler here" he informed me.
