Dumbledore's Pov:

Slughorn explained to me what happened in the potions. Antidote did not work.... Is it that i think it is? I accioed some old potions books which were banned for the centuries.

" Hermione and Draco, did you add something unusual to your potion?"
Hermione seemed to think and draco had his eyes wide open.

"Umm... Professor... I think I accidently added a bit more of boomslang skin and unicorn hair.." I massaged my temples. This is getting worse.

"What?!" Screeched Hermione. " Can't you ever do a simple thing without messing it up? This would not have happened if you made it right.." She screamed to draco and suddenly started crying.

" keep calm miss granger. We will find a solution to it eventually. But first I need to search about the unusual potion that you two made and then we will made and antidote for it." Hermione stopped crying trying to compose herself.

Draco's pov:

Why is Hermione crying? She looks beautiful even when she is crying.. Can she get anymore pretty? And why does everyone thinks that me expressing my love to Hermione is a bad thing? I always loved her but didn't had that Gryffindor courage to do so.. But now that I have it, these daft think that it os a love potion.. But it's not. This is what I've always wanted. Us.

Hermione's pov:

I can't stand of Draco staring at me all day. What-- My thoughts were interrupted as Dumbledore exclaimed

" Oh Godric! Not my poor children!" He removed his half moon glasses and stared at us both. I panicked. " What happened professor?" This can't be good.

"Draco and Hermione... Apparently the potion you made is called the 'love potion of the Erised'. Love potions gets modified to the potion of erised when 2 and a quarter inches of boomslang skin is added and stirred for 2 and a half times in counterwise direction and 3 unicorn hair which are taken from baby unicorns are added. This potion is cursed my dear children.. It shows the deepest, darkest desires of Draco's heart and it seems to be you.. He will develop an intense infatuation with time Miss Granger. It will affect you both until you fall in love with Draco and are married to eachother. For these reasons it was banned from the 15th century. Because many men started using it to get women into marrying them. Hermione... I'm really sorry but there is no antidote or solution for this.."

No,No, no no no... This can't be happening. Tears streamed down my face. Marrying Draco Malfoy?!? No thanks. Death seems more appealing.
"what happens when those people do not marry?" I couldn't help but ask that. I mean there should be a loophole.

"This is a curse Miss Granger. They simply die." I shuddered and took a step back. My life is ruined. The cursed life? And death? I cannot think straight. My vision got blurry and I sprinted down the hall towards the black lake. I could hear Dumbledore and draco stopping me but I could care less about them now. I needed to get away from the catastrophe.
