'Hey sister! Obviously throughout all of this David and Liza drama your name was brought up quite a few times on Twitter. I obviously had a little stalk and came across your insta. Your work is amazing!! I'm doing a series on my channel soon where I uncover talented artists and sort of give them a platform to showcase their work. I would LOVE for you to take park. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll arrange a time we can FaceTime and talk over. '

I must've read over the message 100 times as I was sitting on the airplane. Just a week ago, I was on the train, oblivious to the events that were about to unfold. Now, I'm on the plane about to delve into something completely new.

As soon as I told Ellie about the message, she said I'd be insane not to go. I knew she was right. Not in a big headed way, but I was really talented at my job. It was a bit shitty not having a bigger audience to show case my work to, but YouTube just wasn't for me, that's why I never made a channel.

Unfortunately, Ellie wasn't able to get the time off of work to join me on the trip, which was such a downer for me. Nonetheless, I knew I was going to have fun, it was all expenses paid!

My stomach dropped as we hit a patch of turbulence. I gripped on the arm rest and closed my eyes.

"It's fine m'aam, just turbulence" the air hostess reassured me, placing a hand on my shoulder.

I smiled at her and breathed out. "I hate flying"

She smiled and walked away, no doubt to check on other nervous flyers.

I closed my eyes and tried to get some rest on the flight, I had such a busy week ahead and I didn't want jet lag to fuck it up for me.

Time went on and we finally reached our destination: LAX. As the pilot said one thing it reminded me of who else I could possibly bump into.

"Welcome to LA"

David.
