"Davyn," A smooth and calming voice appeared from behind the man, piercing light green eyes meeting pale blue ones. "It is nice to see you once again."Grinning, Davyn brought her into a deep hug, burying his face in Frigga's shoulder.
"The pleasure is all mine, I must apologize for not visiting you when I was last here." He claimed, standing tall to meet her eyes once again. "It was a daft decision on my part."
"You were busy, old friend. I do not blame you for putting your people's needs first, although I do not agree with my husband and your decision, I find I must respect it." She claimed, a weak smile appearing along her frail lips.
Weakly laughing, Davyn lowered his eyes, turning around as he ducked his head. He never enjoyed disappointing his people, although it was a far harder blow to hear Frigga express the same feelings.
"I am aware, my people are also harboring feelings of hatred, but I'm afraid that a call of distress was not theirs to fully act upon. Ultimately, the other leaders in my realm have decided that allowing the people to express their anger is best, not wanting to take away their voice." Davyn explained, clenching his fists in frustration.
"But you do not agree?" Frigga asked, hopeful that her friend showed compassion as he had before power changed him.
"I'm afraid I will not give you the answer you are hoping for," He murmured. "I agree that we should allow them to express their opinions, but these words are causing actions. I believe the other leaders are planning something. I'm afraid our Realm meeting a few weeks back was pointless, your sons were noble and wanted to do the right thing and I was cursed with looking them in the eyes and explaining my Realms decision."
"I believe it was not for nothing, you were obligated to come in order to appease your people and council. My sons are simply too young and foolish to understand quite yet. But more importantly, did you discuss this with Odin? I find it baffling that I am only hearing of this now."
"No, I have no proof. Words are nothing without substance behind them, and I'm afraid I'm out of both. Half of the council have stopped listening, we have stopped communicating with one another. I'm scared of what the future will have in store for us."
Placing a hand of reassurance on his shoulder, Davyn glanced back at Frigga, gripping onto her hand with a tight smile.
"What about Magna? Surely she would have foreseen something."
"That was my first thought, but she has shut herself down. I'm scared of past events she has closed herself off from her sight," Davyn murmured, giving into a sigh. "She is terrified with her power, her story being locked away from innocent minds."

Loki sat at his desk, staring into nothing as he thought of the previous night's events. He advised Thor to tell no one that did not know a Lady Magna until now, wanting to keep the act going as she had interested him in their last meeting.
He remembered the hunger in her eyes, the way she was using her mind and body to deceive others. But most of all, he remembered her voice, anyone would believe her to be a good, innocent, modest girl with that type of honey laced voice.
"A seemingly good girl with an agenda," Loki murmured to himself, trained deep in thought as his mind went through what seemed like hundreds of plans the girl could be unfolding.
