Austin's P.O.V.

"Leave Alan alone, ha, you're making him uncomftorable." I punched his shoulder playfully. He was tense and awkward, opening the bottle.

Aaron was on his phone, now, laughing at something. "You guyd have to see this."

I leaned forward, placing my hand on Alan's leg purposely. Just trying to make him a bit more uncomftorable.

He looked at me again, almost frustrated. I smirked in response, not showing my true emotions that wanted to melt off of my face. Haha.

"What do you guys even do in your freetime?" Phil cringed as he passed Aarons phone over.

Alan's face darkened, and I curiously took the phone from Phil.

What the... I examined the picture of Alan and I, at the weirdest angle so it looks as if Alan was looking up to kiss me.

"Where is this from?" I swallowed, it was obviously just a hug.

"Uhm I saw it in my instagram DM's," Aaron shrugged.

Alan burried his face in his palms. "This is frustrating."

I looked at Tino and Phil amd Aaron, looking for some type of support. What do I do?

"It was obviously just the hug from the other day, Alan. You shouldn't worry about it." I pattef his back as not-awkwardly as I could.

"You've heard of the...the Cashby...thing, then?" Phil asked.

"Yes, It's not true and just something our fans decided to start, maybe because Alan and I are just close best friends." I reassured them all, actually slightly amused by this.

Sighing, Alan looked up again at Aaron and the others. Maybe its just the alcohol.

My eyes wandered to study his hair. Cute, how it sticks up wherever it wants unnoticed. I tore my gaze off of his red hair before looking at Aaron again.

"What are you guys gonna do?" Phil asked now, Tino silent.

I shrugged, nudging Alan with my hand. "I'm just gonna pretend this didn't happen, like every other thing that bothers us."

Alan nodded, smiling at me again. "Okay."

Does he trust me? Maybe we're just overreacting? Why does it bother him so much? I tried pushing the questions and thoughts away.
