Chapter 1

me and Matt have been alone for 3 years, now he's about to turn 5 and I'm about to turn 19.

Hayes left us for a girl named Stella.

Matt still asks were he his everyday.

It's stressful but we get threw it.

I just put Matt to bed and went to read the note Hayes left me on the door a few years ago

Flashback:

I walk into the door and Matt tells me he's going to find daddy,i put him down and find a note on the door

"Dear maddie,
I have run off to take care of my beautiful girlfriend Stella, she bends me and I need her, my wedding ring is upstairs in the bathroom, all of my things are gone and I payed the rent for this month, you can move out or keep paying. tell Matt daddy loves him and misses him."

I sit there crying as I read the note, raising a boy on your own is difficult and I wish I still had them in my life.
