Chapter 16: Sleepover

*Niall’s POV*

I was kind of hurt when Blaire told Kate that she does not want me and that Kate can have me. I mean, I’m not an object that you can just give away, right? But I knew she just said that so that Kate will let her go. I’ll just ask her later when I go to her house.

“Kate, what the hell is your problem?!” I asked her and I’m mad at her for hurting Blaire.

“She is my problem! Because of that slut, I lost you.” She said, raising her voice at me.

"First, she’s not a slut and second, it’s not her fault why I broke up with you. So please, leave her alone! If I ever heard that you hurt her again, you won’t know what I can do to you.” I said at her angrily and I walked out of the ladies CR to find Blaire and Zayn but I could not find them and then my phone vibrated, it was Zayn.

He told me that they went home already because Blaire wanted to, so I went up to the others to say my goodbyes and to tell them that Blaire and Zayn left already because of what happened at the restroom.

“Oh my gosh, she’s a total bitch. How dare she hurt our Blaire?” Eleanor said.

I sighed. “It’s my fault, if I did not break up with Kate, this wouldn’t happen.”

“Hey, it’s not your fault. It’s natural for a relationship to not work and Kate just did not handle that break-up maturely. Blaire will be okay. Just talk to her.” Liam said.

“Alright, bye guys! I’ll see you in school!” I said then I left the school and went to Blaire’s house.

When I reached her house, I knocked at the door for a few times and Zayn answered it.

“Hey! Sorry, Blaire was sleeping on my lap so I had to move her carefully so she would not wake up.” Zayn said.

“It’s okay. So are you staying here tonight too?” I asked him as we made our way to the living room.

“Nope, I have to go home in a while. Are you gonna have a sleepover?”

“Yeah but I can see that Blaire went to sleep first.” I laughed.

Zayn and I talked for a few minutes about what we’ll do about Kate and Blaire. I told Zayn to never leave Blaire’s side and always look out for her because knowing Kate, she can do extremely bad things and I also told him that I would help on keeping Blaire safe. After we talked, Zayn received a text from his mum that he needed to go home already. He walked up to Blaire and he kissed her cheeks.

“Hey babe, I’ll go home now, alright? Niall will be with you. He’ll keep you safe.” He whispered and Blaire opened her eyes slowly.

“You’re leaving already?” she said in a morning voice and she pouted.

“I’m sorry but I have to. Niall’s here anyway.” Zayn said and he gave Blaire a kiss. “See you later, Babe! Niall, take care of my girlfriend, alright?” I nodded to him and left.
