Ships and Fan-fiction

  I love reading fan-fiction. That's why I have an account on Quotev and, Wattpad so, that I can read more. It's honestly an addiction. I wake up, and the first thing on my mind is how cute my dog is but, the second thing is, I need to read fan-fiction. NOW.
I read a lot of other stories on Wattpad too. Not much Quotev thought because they don't have much other stuff.
I do, have a lot of ships though but, only 3 OTP's.

My OTP's (No specific order):
Michael x Jeremy (Be More Chill) {Boyf Reinds / Meremy}

Wilford Warfstache x Darkiplier (Markiplier on YouTube ego's) {Darkstache}

Dan x Phil (Amazing Phil, Daniel Howell on YouTube) {Phan}

I have a couple of crack ships too.

Like, Hank x Connor from Detroit: Become Human or, Heather McNamara x Veronica Sawyer from Heathers. Those are only two of them. Trust me when I say that there are too many to list. My definition of a crack ship is a ship that starts out as a joke but, ends up being a serious ship. Sometimes crack ships can turn into OTP's. For example, Wilford Warfstache x Darkiplier started out as a crack ship but, turned out to be super cute. What are some of your crack ships? What about OTP's?

I ship lots of things but, I always question, "When does a ship, stop being a ship?".

I say a ship stops being a ship when the people involved aren't comfortable with it anymore.

Let's use Septiplier as an example.
Mark and Jack said that they were okay with people shipping them, as long as no vulgar art was created. They said that it was a boundary for them but, then people crossed it. A lot. They became uncomfortable with the ship and I stopped shipping it because I didn't want to disrespect anyone's wishes. I think that the moment they became uncomfortable, Septiplier was no longer a ship. Or at least an acceptable one.

I hope I didn't make anyone mad by saying that, but I just spoke what I thought was the truth.

Now let's talk about smutty fan-fics.
I think that if they are done right, they can be great but, at other times they can be awkward.

I don't use them to masturbate but, I'm not saying you can't.
I read them because it adds to the story. I won't go out of my way to read a smut with no story but, if there is a good fan-fic out there but, it has some smut in it, I will read it.

It adds to the intimacy of the relationship.

It also says a lot about how comfortable the people involved are with each other depending on how kinky, passionate, quick, slow, intimate, etc. the scene is. I think that sex is a beautiful thing. I'll write more about my views on sex in another entry but, I'm done talking about fan-fictions now.

Have a nice day!
Kay bye.
