Name: Amphitrite "Amphi" Khios
Age: Twenty-four
Gender: Female
Affinity: Fighter
Strength of Affinity: Tall, thin and fit, her ectomorph somatotype leaves her as the perfect long distance runner. Her cardiovascular endurance is top notch, as is her strength. Her swimming is strong too. Also, as someone who regularly trains, she's taught herself how to use multiple weapons, just in case her primary weapon is unavailable.
Appearance: Amphi's hair, a golden-ginger blend, floats in wavy curls down her back. Her slight side fringe, sweeping delicately to the right, occasionally covers one of her coffee coloured eyes; another rarity in Four. Her skin, not considered olive or tanned, yet more peachy the ghastly colour she used to acquire, is flawless - not a spot or scar in sight. Her button nose, her dainty dimples, her prominent cheekbones leave boys falling at her feet. She stands at 6"2, towering above her friends. She lacks visible muscle, but under the thin figure she has, she possesses demonic muscles.
Personality: Amphi is sweet, caring, bubbly. Considering she's in training to, all she wants is to make everyone smile. With a heart of gold outside of training, she is the soul of the district, bringing smiles to the faces of everyone from the rich to the homeless. Yet, during any form of training, Amphi is ruthless, brutal, emotionless for the most part. If you're a competitor, a threat, she wants to know your deepest fears, your untold secrets - nothing more. The two sides of Amphi completely contradict each other, leaving her confused about herself on occasions. Brave, but not reckless, people often credit her actions; her intelligent and gallant process and head-on approach leave her as a creditable figure to younger fighters.
History: Amphitrite - meaning "goddess of the sea" received her name after she was conceived nowhere other than her Uncle's boat; both of her parents have the power of water too, so it was only natural to name their child after a water-based person or object, even if their daughter was capable of becoming something non-water affinity based.
Amphi grew up fast, wanting to be like the adults, wanting to be the best at everything. Schooling and training - even at a young age - meant a lot to the girl; she strived for the very best results.
As she reached the age of ten, her parents began to reject her slightly, in an attempt to make room for their own lives. At this point, Amphi became unsure of what to do. When she finally figured out how to combat the situation - by combat, excuse the pun - she learned how to become devious, malicious, leaving her with a side her parents never hoped to see from her.
As a thirteen year old, she went through a stage of pure rebellion, trying to defy everything her parents dared to breathe. Her intelligence, breaking through as always, made her see sense, putting a stop to the nonsense she had started. Since then, Amphi has been - once again - the caring and sweet girl she was raised to be.
Although her dark side, the bitter side of her, still lurks under the honey coated shell she's created...
2 Leadership qualities: One would be Amphi's charm. Yes, the way she captivates people with her smile and her adorable aura often means that she can get people do as she pleases with a single smile. Another one would be her determination. Amphi hates to give up a task she's started; this leaves her as someone who never let's a task slide away - if she makes a promise to kill you, she will kill you when she has the chance.
Token: When she was twelve, her uncle and her found a bunch of pearls when oyster hunting deep in the ocean. They sold the majority of the perfectly spherical beads, but a few that they kept were fastened together with string to make a neat little bracelet for Amphi.
